I started using Four Seasons years ago — I was happy with their experience, timeliness, professionalism and outcome at that time. I signed up for their maintenance program and continued to use them up until 2 years ago. When you use their maintenance program they call to remind you of your next cleaning(and subsequently every other cleaning you get a discount) — this reminder/schedule phone call is helpful when you work full time and have 2 younger children very active in sports and activities I realized a few months after I was supposed to receive a call for my cleaning that I did not get a call — I called Four Seasons to go ahead and schedule the next maintenance cleaning. When I called the lady who I talked to indicated I was out of the time frame to get the discount for the maintenance cleaning. She then hesitated and stammered for a few seconds then went on to claim she had called me 3 – 4 times and left numerous messages. My voice mail was not down during that time frame and I normally receive 1 – 2 messages per day with no issues. I found her response to be less than honest as I truly do not believe she ever did call(she seemed unorganized at the time — which had not been the case in the previous cleanings/years) Being a loyal customer for years and not missing a single previous scheduled cleaning and callback to schedule that cleaning had no bearing on continuing to receive the discounted cleaning schedule. She was adamant about paying full price for the next cleaning. I moved on and have found another carpet & floor cleaning company I have used several times and am VERY happy with their service. Bottom line — was very happy with four seasons until my last interaction. I understand people make mistakes and things get lost in the shuffle — but if you are less than honest and refuse to correct a mistake you will in turn lose customers.
