Terrible service. Every time I order they’re ALWAYS late. Not just by 30 minutes but usually over an hour. Not a great service to use unless you can sit around all day waiting.

Terrible Service! I’ve been a customer for 5 years and since they started coming from New Jersey you can’t count on a delivery coming on time. Scheduled a deliver for the 4 – 6 pm slot, at 5:30 pm I
got a call that they’re running an hour late — 7:45 delivery is missing in action. I called and am told that it’s now an hour and 45 minutes late. I’m 70 years old, will have heart surgery next week and now will be unpacking my groceries at 9 o’clock pm. Time to go back to Fresh Direct where service is outstanding it pays to pay a little more for good service!

I have ordered groceries on Saturday afternoon/​evening and I received a time slot for delivery on Monday as all other slots were booked. For their easiness they asked for a bigger window time and my delivery was scheduled on Monday between 4 – 10 p.m. AT 9:30 p. m they called in order to confirm/​inform that it will be delayed by another half an hour.
Well I do not think any one will wait for groceries so long. This service could have been an awesome experience. Could have been!
