So I’ve been to Kilroys a few times now as it’s close to my fiances job. They have recently taken on a new name which I don’t even remember. We had a groupon for lunch and when we arrived I was like I wonder if they even take the groupon anymore since the name is different. I asked when we got inside and the waitress had to go ask the manager… anyways. we sit down, I ordered a Johnny and Ginger and there was a nice, long, silky BLONDEHAIRINMYSTRAW that I had to pull out of my mouth. I almost threw up but my fiancé convinced me not to say anything. He had lipstick marks on his glass! So we both ordered burgers for lunch… and of course theres a HAIR hanging out of my burger also. The bartender was uneducated about the menu because the menu changed from Kilroys. It’s significantly more expensive. All in all. I will never set my foot back into that place. They have definitely lost a customer. Good riddance.

I was there once when it was Kilroys and now it is called«Prime Time» both times service was equally bad. When it was Kilroys the food was better. Went with 3 friends and everyone got sick from the food. I ordered the filet mignon meatball sliders. Awful, tasted frozen. I ordered a vodka and club and oj. The waiter brought a vodka and club and a glass of oj!!! They over charged on the bill for two of the meals and 2 drinks. They had to adjust the bill by $ 20. The waiter was very nice but not good at his job. Will never go back.

NOWNAMEDPRIMETIME: Would have been a great beer selection but some of the taps were kicked. This is based on the groupon value. My wife and I had a great time on a Thursday night. We sat at the bar for happy hour after work. We both had 2 drinks and went off to sit at a table for dinner. I ordered the JD Burger which was very good. I would not come here for a nice dinner out but rather if you are thirsty and feeling some bar food with some good people. They took off the plantain chips which was upsetting because my wife and I loved it. PLEASE put it back on the menu! See you all soon

NOSOUNDONSUPERBOWLSUNDAY!!! So, I chose Killroy’s for my Super Bowl 50 destination. I called WEEKS in advance to reserve a booth. Then I called days prior to game day and was told my reservation was good to go. I get to the bar on game day and was told they over booked and could not honor my reservation. So instead they sat me and my group the back of the bar on lawn chairs and a table they got from the basement. We could barely see the game from where we were. Then there was an issue with the sound. For some reason the speakers didn’t work and you couldn’t hear the game in most of the bar. For what it’s worth you could hear the game clear as a bell in the restrooms. The one thing I can say was the service, as far as our waiter goes, was good, fast and attentive. All and all this was a frustrating experience and I won’t be returning for big game again.

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE!!! When I spoke to the manager about the poor service I had his only reply was«I’m new to owning this place». Not taking any responsibility to any issues! I ordered penne vodka with chicken and everyone else with me ordered their food and appetizers. EVERYONE received their appetizers AND food before me! Once everyone was finished eating that’s when the manager brought my food out. EVERYTIME my waiter walked passed I kept asking him about my meal. He kept saying«it’s coming out any second». I highly recommend you do not go to this place! MAJORLETDOWN!!! Also the food is not cheap!!!

Kind of a shame, really nice facility !!! but A bit dirty. I loved all the Tv’s surrounding the entire 4 wall’s. Service is not good, at the tables. I told our waiter we needed silverware but he never brought it. He only came to the table when I called him. Food is not good, not too much taste, our guac was pretty weird looking and a bit rancid. Burgers so disappointing !! Like I said in the beginning kind of a shame because with a little cleaning and some tasty food it could be a dynamic place!!!

Wow, one good experience followed by two pretty bad ones. Abysmal. We liked visiting Kilroy’s because of the sports package, but they’ve taken to changing the games on the TV’s the entire first half of the football games, with no rhyme nor reason. A bunch of us were happlily watching the Giants game, when all of a sudden the TV in front of us switched to the Cowboys game. We all looked around and didn’t see any Cowboys fans in the nearby area. And worse than that, the overall volume has been BLARING. As in can’t-hear-the person-sitting-five-inches-from-you blaring. Does anyone want to hear sports commentators and referee whistles at a deafening volume? And why must there always be remnants of someone else’s red lipstick on my glass? For real, pass on this place. We gave it the old college try, but no more. I recommend visiting Redd’s instead. They too have the sports package, their bartenders are great, and I promise that you won’t need to learn sign-language as a result of watching the games there.

This is the worst place ever! I came in for service at 1:17 on my lunch break. they serve only my husband’s food on table at 1:50, not mine! Mine came 5 minutes after, totally cold and over cooked. So We ended up asking for to go boxes and eating lunch in the car on our way to work(5 minutes) It’s my first time and certainly my last! I ask if the manager was here and my waiter said I don’t know… Really? We actually bought a groupon to come here and try a new place, but really! This place should be CLOSED! Oh and by the way I ordered a turkey sandwich and my husband a medium cook burger so you know this shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to cook. Please don’t go to this place you are going to lose time and be upset!!!

We are here with a grupon. Service is spotty at best we had to go looking for our waitress because she never came back with our drinks. We ordered sliders… they were dry and completely over cooked. Not impressed.

A: If you have Sierra Nevada on tap why can’t you find it on the register? B: If you have 40 gabillion bottles of booze behind the bar why is there not a bottle of Bushmill back there?!? I mean really at least try

The bar itself is amazing. It’s a shame the people who work here have ZERO sense of urgency and the service is horrific. Takes forever to even get someone’s attention, let alone order food or get a drink, came here to watch college football. Place has about 30 people in it and it’s impossible to get someone’s attention. I’d hate to be here on a busy night, if they ever have any. Safe to say I won’t be back or ever recommend this anyone. If even go as far to say I’d discourage them from even thinking about it.

Well, what a pleasant surprise. We had a Groupon and I was expecting some local diver bar. This is a very large modern bar with 100(count them) large flatscreenTVs. We got seated in her Euge booth on the backside of the restaurant. We had immediate service and the waitstaff was quite pleasant. We ordered our drinks and I rose again pleasantly surprised at how reasonable everything was. My GF Ordered a blueberry cocktail which came in a very large glass and was only eight dollars. For a change of pace, I had angry orchard apple cider, which also came in a large glass, and was only six dollars. We ordered the buffalo wings for appetizers, $ 10, which were huge, very tasty and came with real blue cheese and veggies. Then we have the prime rib and caramelized onions sliders(4) with a creamy horseradish sauce($ 12). Again, the waitstaff was very attentive and when our waiter was not there immediately, there was always someone else to ask us if we wanted anything. There is a dance floor with rather loud music playing and the aforementioned 100 flatscreen TVs lining the walls. It’s a bit of a sensory overload, but very upbeat nonetheless. Would definitely come back for both the food and the atmosphere.

I decided to eat lunch and watch a Soccer game with my friend on a Wednesday afternoon at Kilroy’s. Food is good, great selections on tap and the place is very well located. The bartender has not a clue of what is good service. We had to wait forever to order food, beer and ask her to change the channel of the soccer game. The beer came, the food came soooo out of sync that by the time i finished my wings my friend’s burger was just coming out. After waiting 45 minutes,(in which the bartender said she was trying to get a hold of the manager because she can’t change the channels without him… :X). My friend and I decided to pay for our bill and try to catch the second half of the game somewhere else.(Even that was an issue since we couldn’t even flag her since she was talking to someone close to the kitchen). I highly doubt I’ll ever return to watch something here, I mean, slow service, and long wait for the food on a not busy 2:30pm lunch shift is one thing, but making us wait 45 minutes saying you were going to change the channel and leading us on is just bad handling of a situation. They should change their sign from over 100 tv screens to… over 100 tv screens with no way to change the channel.

I had a ton of fun at Kilroy’s for Sunday Funday this past weekend. They have 87 TVs, which is amazing. When I arrived, my friends were already in the process of polishing off a beer tower along with nachos and cheese fries. They’d been sitting out so I ordered my own bar pie: «Her Name is Margarita.» While I waited for my food I helped finish the tower, but the Jaeger girls were there so we ended up doing Jaeger bombs and taking shots. fun fun! I was really enjoying myself so I’m letting the bar pie thing slide, but it did not live up to expectations. I was peeved out because the description said: fresh house made mozzarella, fresh Italian basil, and plum tomato sauce… but I got basil FLAKES! I was so disappointed. The cheese was really delish and thick like a mozzarella stick. Overall it was good, but if I’d known I wasn’t getting fresh basil leaves I would have gotten something else. It’s not the same! Kilroy’s bar pies = full of lies In the end, I had a lot of fun and would have enjoyed playing some pool. I got to watch my NY Giants kick ass on multiple TVs and had a blast drinking Jaeger with my buddies. The crowd was also fun and friendly :)

Came here for the first time yesterday with a few friends to watch a few football games. Pretty awesome place. Has over 100 tvs and has literally every game playing which is fantastic for any sports fan. They have valet parking and the inside is pretty big. A lot of seats at the bar, tons of tables and also has very spacious booths available. I decided to get a Bloody Mary to start. It was actually too thick(too much tomato juice), so I presume that there wasn’t a fair share of house vodka in it especially for the price of $ 10.00’s. To eat, I decided to get The Beast burger, cooked medium rare. And trust me, this thing was beastly! It came with a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo(which I didn’t taste), bacon, American cheese and a side of fries. It was indeed very delicious, however, a little TOO rare for my taste. Fries were nice and crispy though!!! I also got to try my friends artichoke dip served with plain nacho chips and it was extremely delicious. By the end of the meal, I was absolutely stuffed! My friend then ordered the brownie Ice cream thing and that was also pretty huge, came served in a big glass. I had to try a taste and it was okay, good enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. The service overall was a little off, we had to re-ask the waiter again for a few things and it wasn’t even really busy this Sunday. He also took away my plate of food before asking if I was done and my friend and I were still picking on the fries. His knowledge about the beer wasn’t exactly on point either. Grant it, there are A TON of craft beers they offer here, and it is also what they are known for(besides the tvs), but if you work here, you should have some knowledge on what they offer here. Overall, as listed above, a three star experience. I will definitely be back in the future to watch more games!

If you are going here for the beer, awesome. But the food lol what the hell. I am seriously thinking this place is cursed or something. I go once and it’s decent, I go again and I am disappointed. — French onion soup had some beans in it(never happened) and was cold — Disco fries come out with some creamy white gravy, put some regular turkey gravy buddy — Bar pie — DON’T ORDERTHEPIE. I think they put it on mozza cracker bread? I can’t even react to how nasty it tasted, imagine taking a cracker, putting some sauce on it and melting some cheese on it. like sauce falling off and stuff. Some pointers for management. Reduce the damn menu size and focus on making the food banging. Do you try the food you serve? Watch an episode of bar rescue or somethin brah your serving some blah food. Middle linebacker? stop please lol One thing I did appreciate, I left my phone there and had to run back in. No one was helping me and i was looking everywhere but a little asian hostess found it in the back and brought it out for me. You get one more star from her!

So I called and place a lunch order for pickup ans i got ahead and order a Ceaser salad with Grilled. They tell me the total will be $ 16.45(which in my opinion is too much for a salad), but anyways, i got pick up my order and before I signed the receipt there is no shrimp! Who ever took my order forgot to mention they did not have any shrimp today. Fine they revise my payment and I pay $ 7.49 for the plain ceasar salad. I sit in my office and begin to eat this, i find a piece of wood. I could not believe it, that is so disgusting and unsanitary. If you chop any more lettuce PLEASE be sure not to give your customer a side of the cutting board. I tried to like this place, even though they always mess up my orders and I never complain, but I have had it. Never going back, they screw up orders and charge you too much!

Nice big bar with TV’S everywhere(okay almost everywhere… there weren’t any in the restroom but there is one pointed right at the door as soon as you walk in [which I can’t imagine anyone ever sees]). Bar staff was friendly and for the most part attentive. The bar is horseshoe shaped and we ended up in the middle which probable gets a little snubbed given the lay out… if you sit there you’ll get it. We ordered Hotie Totie Shrimp, Kilroy sliders, and a Middle Linebacker burger. Bartender came back a few minutes later to inform us the kitchen didn’t have the shrimp? We then ordered the Firecracker Chicken. Firecrackers came out(we had to ask for plates, utensils, and napkins) and they are simply chicken flautas… chicken flautas with a mound of unmelted(still cold from the fridge) shredded cheese on top. Included are a full cup of salsa(which actually had a nice smokey flavor to it) and a(couldn’t they spare any more) dollop of sour cream. Overall flavor was fine… nothing special… probably amazing when your drunk.(Note to the kitchen: put these under a broiler and melt that damn cheese!!!) Girlfriend had the sliders with onion rings. O-rings we’re standard with a very tasty horseradish dipping sauce. The sliders were meat with a little cheese on a roll… that’s it, nothing special. Sliders definitely could have benifited from some fixens like fried onions or a pickle… something. I had the Middle Linebacker which was two 4oz patties with a fried mac and cheese patty in between and was served with waffle fries and cole slaw. At first glance the beef patties we’re too small for the roll. I was expecting two thiner flat patties but these were smaller rounder patties.(Note to kitchen: flatten the beef to fill all that wasted bun space.) I was surprised at first bite that the meat was seasoned(a good thing) then upon further inspection I realized«It’s A1». It’s not on the burger but A1 is definitely worked into the ground beef… I’m still not sure how I feel about this(other than I can at least applaud a attempt at seasoning and not just throwing a hunk of meat on my bun). The mac and cheese patty which should add tons of salty cheesy flavor is sadly BLAND. The waffle fries were standard and I found myself dipping them into the onion ring sauce. The slaw was a orange color(I thought it was the O-rings sauce originally… but it’s not) the flavor is tangy REALLY tangy like not very good tangy… I took two bites and was done. Oh, the beer… right, it is a Sports Bar. So where we sat we could only see six taps(there are a ton more but in the center of the horseshoe you can’t see the main lines). I ordered a Coney Island IPA($ 4) and my g/f a grapefruit Traveller($ 4 or $ 5). Dispite liking the CIIPA I switched to the Defiant IPA(for my 2nd beer) as a courtesy to the bartender because the Coney line was frothy and having issues. What the bartender didn’t tell me was the Defiant was DOUBLE the cost $ 8(I had two). I’ve been to the Defiant brewery they don’t even charge $ 8??? I’m at a loss for how their pricing structure works or how they’ve come to that price for that beer… but something is very off! Even if were $ 6 I probably wouldn’t be writing about it but at $ 8 it’s robbery. Check came and the Shrimp they were out of was still on the bill… I didn’t realize till after they ran my card so that caused a 10 minute issue. I may come back to drink a beer and watch a game as it’s a nice change of pace from the chain restaurants in Secaucus. I also liked the look of the place. They have outdoor seating, a pool table, two dart boards, lots of TV’S and the duration of our stay there were good country tunes coming out of the jukebox. $ 10 Miller Lite pitchers Yes; $ 8 Defiant pints No(maybe that’s why Kilroy WAS [past tense] here). 4 for atmosphere and friendliness of bartenders. 2 for food.

Not bad for a local sports bar. I have been here a few times now and I was definitely«wowed» the first time I came here because this place used to be so old and rotting when it was the Grasshopper. It’s under new ownership and did a complete 180. There are TV’s absolutely everywhere you look, a gigantic bar in the middle of the place and tables and seating everywhere. This place is huge. They have a little section with couches and a fireplace(in the wall, not the real kind) off to the side which I thought was cool. Happy Hour: M thru F, 3−7PM. Half price beer, wine, well drinks and appetizers. BEATTHECLOCK– this is kind of college-douchey but honestly I miss places that have beat the clock… it’s cheap and fun! Go with your friends on a Thursday if you want to get tanked for like $ 6. On Thursdays, staring at 8PM a few draft beers(coors light, yuengling and something else) are .75 cents and they go up .25 cents every half hour. The only annoying this is the free valet… can’t I just park my own car? ugh.
