West Coast pools started to take care of the pool last Fall. They were recommended at work so I went with them. First few months were good and since this was my first time with pool, I was learning along the way. To make it more challenging lot of equipment (pump, lights etc) broke down and needed maintenance. Company’s repair crew is really good. However, the regular maintenance has been going downhill steadily. I see debris in few places that doesn’t get cleaned from week to week, filter baskets are not emptied and lately I have noticed algae along the edge of the pool. Also, the water temperature with solar heating was not optimal and I raised that few times but I was not satisfied with the response. Most of the time, I had to circle back to get the status since I won’t hear back. The algae situation was a red flag and I have decided to switch companies. To make it worse, the day I told them to hand the key back, they lost it :-(After three rounds with home depot, I have to resort to locksmith for making the duplicate key. Overall, I am quite disappointed with how they ended the last couple of months of service.
