S & R Towing

They were late by 30 minutes, they did not call me like I requested, and when I called to ask where they were they receptionist was BEYOND rude, and even transferred me to a Not in Service number. Never again, I was shocked at how I was treated.

Popped a tire on a curb and GEICO sent S&R. They were communicative and timely. I believe I had Shawn as my driver and he swapped out my tire for the spare in no time, while also making me feel valued and not like just another quick job.
Professional, friendly, and efficient. No complaints and I appreciate the help!

I had an unexpected flat tire and called several towing companies just this morning. I’m so thankful I called S & R Towing. They were courteous, prompt and at a very fair price. They were at my house and had me on the road within 40 minutes of calling. I’ve already added them to my address book in case of future emergencies. Thank you S & R Towing!

I was recently in an accident that required my vehicle to be towed. My insurance company called S&R. Upon going back to my vehicle to grab any possessions left in my vehicle, I noticed some of my belongings were stolen. Specifically a pair of shoes, sunglasses, my cell phone charger, and a small tool kit. I also had a small care package for my grandmother (who is in the hospital) that was taken. Most notably left behind was my Michael Kors work tote bag and my make-​up bag. It was the smaller random items that would not be immediately noticeable that were stolen. It’s sad and disheartening to see that S&R employs individuals who would take advantage of others in a time of vulnerability and distress. They get away with it by requiring you to sign a waiver acknowledging that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items prior to accessing your vehicle. Shame on you S&R and your unethical business practices. One word: Karma.

They helped us out in a pinched. My car broke down as we were exiting the 78 freeway. Later did I know it was the timing belt. Anyways I called my insurance company to see if they would give me roadside assistance. Apparently I didn’t buy the coverage. So they put me in touch with a company that could tow me, but I would have to pay out my pocket. I was like great, what’s it gonna cost me? Only a hundred bucks, I was super happy because I thought it would have been twice as much. They were nice and friendly and got to us within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely call these guys again when I need a tow!

So for the second time S&R towing has come to my rescue! This time the driver was Ben and let me tell you, he was a riot!!! We had a blast as he took me to my location.
Now for the stuff you care about… S & R has very clean trucks, doesn’t seem like a big deal until you have to climb inside and ride with a driver for 40 mins or more. the clean and comfy trucks make it loads easier to handle whatever travesty lead you to call a tow in the first place.
as I mentioned earlier this has been my second experience with them and both times the drivers were super helpful, easy to talk to and worked quickly and with care for my vehicle. I have used S&R because they are who my roadside assistance calls, but I can honestly say that I would use them going forward even with out the roadside assistance.

I hope to never have to deal with a towing company again but if I do, it will definitely be S&R. Bob from S&R helped me and he was so nice, helpful, and sympathetic! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
