Rasta Taco

the only thing better than the tacos at the party I attended was the staff. Energetic and friendly… I can’t wait to host a party at my house and have Rasta Taco take care of my friends and family. Veggie tacos– 5 stars!!!

We had Jason from Rasta Taco come and cook for our party of about 40. Jason was awesome. the food was great and we heard that Jason made some awesome quesadiilas! We were a bit frustrated with the ordering process though. We wanted the tacos, quesadillas, beans, rice, sour cream, cheese, and quacamole. I figured at 11.99 per person all would be included! Then we were told $ 50.00 for sour cream, $ 50,00 for cheese. $ 40.00 for quesadillas and & $ 50.00 for quacamole. We had a budget of $ 700.00 and our bill had gone up as hight as $ 1000.00! We backed out of the sour cream and cheese and bought that ourselves then the day of the party Jason had it ALL!!! So we are a bit confused if we were being swindled to spend more money or if all that stuff comes with the 11.99 per person. I have not seen the final bill yet. WITH ALL THAT SAID IF YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT PRICE QUOTE THE FOOD IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! Thank You Rasta Taco we would love to use you again next year but we need to have it clear what we will be getting for the amount of guests and the price you quote! Just got done eating some leftovers and it is still delicious!

Rasta Taco was hired to come out for my husband’s retirement party in El Cajon, Ca. Aaron, the chef showed up early and was set up and had the food ready to serve by 5pm. My guests of 50 all enjoyed Aaron and the great food he served. I brought the largest package (included, carne asada, chicken, tilapia, pork) which were all yummy. The salsa’s were good and I even bought the Mango salsa which was my favorite. All the food was fresh and rice and beans were also good. Your bartender, Viviana, was so nice and a lot of fun with my 50 guests. She made up a menu for me and laminated for the party. That worked out great and gave my guests lots to chose from. She brought her bartender kit which helped make my beers and cocktails more special with her adding other ingredients which I never would have thought of. Both cleaned up before they left which made my life easier. All in all Mario my party was a success thanks to you guys! It was easy from beginning to end. I am still enjoying the nicely wrapped up leftovers Aaron did. Thank again! Colleen

Rasta Taco made our Cinco de Mayo party a hit. Food was great and it was easy to plan! We will use them again!

Some pretty tasty street style tacos (enjoyed the pollo asada the best) and some roots reggae playing in the background.
