PostalAnnex+

Meh is right. This is the second time I have come here to either deliver or purchase stamps. The store is very cluttered and service wasn’t very good. The girl who helped me wasn’t very knowledgable about stamps, regular costs, and the added cost that PostalAnnex puts onto the price.
I’d rather go to the Post Office and wait 20 minutes than to return here.

I don’t know who employees those people there.
I had a rental box with them and stopped by to drop off 10 lbs prepaid FedEx package. Two ladies refused to take it saying it doesn’t have enough stamps… Huh???
No words. After telling them that package is PREPAID with FedEx label, they still could not get understand. FedEx doesn’t take USPS stamps, two different companies… and package already had a prepaid label.
I CANCELLED my rental box with them because how ridiculous this place is.

I just wanted to drop off a box to mail that was already prepaid with a label. The lady behind the counter informed me that they can only accept items under 13oz for the post office. If this is the
case I do not see much purpose for these stores unless you want to buy an overpriced knick knack.

I have come to this location a few times before and was satisfied with the service, hence the 3 stars… but today was a different story and I would have given 1 star for today’s visit.
I walked in and there was already one customer waiting at the counter, and her comment to me made it clear she had been waiting for some time already. I stood there for almost 5 minutes before the older lady working looked up from paperwork she was filling out with someone behind the counter to finally walk over and help the woman in front of me. That took at least another 5 – 7 minutes. Then it was my turn and I had used a USPS flat rate box to package my item because it’s what I had available at home. The woman told me I needed to go to the Post Office, but I informed her that I wanted to see how much it would be to ship it through PostalAnnex since it’s a 1 minute drive to my house as opposed to the 10 minute drive to the Post Office. While she tried to figure out the postage for another few minutes I looked on my phone and found out I could mail it from the post office for $ 6 – 12. She told me it would cost $ 18. I took my package and mailed it from the post office. She was nice enough but didn’t seem to have enough training or knowledge to provide the help/​service I needed.
This was a very disappointing experience. I hope she can receive more training, or have a coworker with her who has a better grasp on shipping rates and options.
