Terrible service. I placed an order online and needed to modify the time. The team member was rude and short, when I asked him why it would take 2hour to deliver pizza to a location, that’s only 5 mins away. He ignored me and said my order would be delivered at 2:00, which translated into«get over it». I called back to cancel the order and was told my card would be reimbursed in 7 – 10 business days and the call ended. Charming.

Quick service. Online order was simple and super easy. Arrived on time and driver didn’t get lost even though I live in a 451 apartment home community! Food was as good as fast food delivery can be.

THISLOCATIONISNOWCLOSED… No thanks to Pizza Hut however, it took me a while, and then a phone call, to find out they closed the Carlsbad location here. They moved to 2530 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA92054 — Near FedEx, Trader Joe, BevMo. Across the street from Toys R Us. Bummer.

I eat and I write, and all because of Unilocal.It’s great to let each other know of what is right and wrong about businesses today. So my experience is not so different from others who left sample of their glance at this location and as a whole of Pizza Hut franchise. Ordered a large cheese, onions, jalapeño, and of course chicken. Service: I can teach them customer service 101, since all including management well qualifies. Timing: well, 25 minutes it is far too long for one pizza. But what do I know. The store was quit and the phone wasn’t ringing. Quality vs quantity: well here is my problem, if it was this guys own business he would have put lots of attention to make a customer of me, but I undrestand it’s franchise an he is just interested in the time clock to earn his 40 hours a week or more and get on with his life. What about this franchise in falling apart? Who cares those fools above all makes millions and the don’t give a damn about these foot solders for ruining this company. Coming back to my point, I could have counted about 6(six) pieces of chiken, 6(six) jalapeño, 8 or nine pieces of onion. Cheese was not portioned well. The pizza was a typical oily greasy in the bottom top was awful. Writing today about my experience is to aware those who support those deep pocket board members of this and like this franchise to stop eating at pizza shop such as pizza hot and go inside your local mom pop pizzeria to get fresh pizza and be appreciated for every dollar you spend. I thank Unilocal for this great tool at our(consumers) desposal to expose bad customer service and restaurants. It’s my opinion and I stick to it. It’s your money spend it where you wish to.

They put a topping I specifically asked not to include, but they seemed eager enough to fix the problem. As for the pizza, the only reason I’m at a Pizza Hut is because I have a free pizza coupon that expires tomorrow. Waiting for it while there are screaming kids and unstoppable phones was pretty horrible.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered a pizza and wings and had to wait 2 hours to get it. Besides being late, the girl that answered the phone when I called them to find out what was happening with my order, her name was Miki, was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. She even hang up the phone on me when I asked to speak to the manager on duty. This was a horrible experience, never ordering from here and not recommending it for sure! Call Domino’s, Papa Johns, any other place the pizza will be better and the customer service the way it should be! BTW I live 10 minutes from their store, so I don’t have any idea how it could take 2 hours to deliver a pizza!

Before I placed my order I specifically asked if the honey BBQ wings are the crispy Yummy ones I have been craving! The response was yes. I carried out and didn’t bother to check them. I get home damn near foaming at the mouth with anticipation only to open the wings and find heart break. I called immediately and spoke to a John. I told him that I was giving the wrong order when he told me he didn’t understand my question. I said well that’s because I didn’t ask a question I made a statement. Long story short I ended up with a credit and now I know if I want the crispy Yummy honey BBQ wings I need to go to the store in Oceanside.

The quality of Pizza Hut pizza is pretty standard, and this place did not disappoint. The pizza was the standard temperature, quality and quantity. The service left something to be desired. My bad experience went like this. I ordered a pizza at about 6pm, at about 645 I was delivered the wrong pizza. I contacted the store and they offered a $ 10 credit along with sending out the correct pizza, I accepted the offer. At 730 my pizza had not arrived and I contacted the store, they informed me it had not gone out yet and offered me a $ 20 credit. At this point there appears to have been a miscommunication, the store assumed I would accept this larger credit and not want my pizza. I assumed they were still sending my pizza out. 9pm I got tired of waiting, went to the location myself and had a clerk return my money to my card and provide me with the replacement pizza which was fresh cooked(Rushed to be honest, it was really doughy). I informed them I would not be needing the credit, as I would not be returning. The manager of the evening, Tanya, was not rude but definitely lacked bedside manner. She was able to joke with an employee and another individual who were eating at the table by the employee entrance but did not so much as crack a smile or apologize to me regarding the mix up. I hope this is not the standard mode of operation for this franchise.

The crust is buttery, the large size is a bit smaller than it used to be but still fine. I like the deep Pan the best, the thinner crust tends to be a little dry on the bottom I think, but that just may be my personal preference takes pretty much 15 minutes to make which is spot on. They do not accept $ 100 bills which I find annoying but understandable. I think they need to offer some better deals to get me to go there more. Give me a free large pizza voucher after I buy 10 or something, that would be a nice reward

Didn’t get the order right, forgot my bread sticks and made me go back for them and then skimped me on the marinara sauce. And I got one of those P-zones things that look like a pizza burrito and there wasn’t anything in it. Seriously a foot long pizza burrito with 4 pieces of sausage and 4 pieces of pepperoni… That was it. This place sucks ass!
