Very disappointed with customer service today when shopping for work tees at pacsun, after browsing the store for about 10 – 15 minutes and finding an item on the clearance rack (which also I might add, clearance was marked on the tag as well) I went to make my purchase. When I got to the register I was told the item of my choice was not on sale and nothing could be done about it, fine by me but as I was about to reply to his question if I was going to ‘pay full price or not’, the employee took it put it on the back counter and immediately walked away before I could even answer. I kept looking around the store for the correct place or pricing on the item but what I was intending to purchase was the last of its kind. I made one final attempt to purchase the item but it being placed on the back counter and the only employee in the store wondering around I wasn’t even able to pay full price for what I wanted. everything that happened would be completely understandable if it was crowed with customers but at the time I was there there were generously 4 other shoppers. Not worth the trouble

I love it here! My husband and I always go here whenever he needs new clothes. The sales rep always tells us about current deals whenever we walk in the store. I give it a four stars because last time, one of the sales rep told us about false sales and we ended up paying regular price at the register. Anything other than that, I love it here. The place is always stocked and clean compared to other places.

My husband and I werereally surprised at the customer service, great customer service! Because you really don’t find that anymore, let alone in retail! These guys (I wish I could remember their names) were so helpful. We were in there for gift cards and found some items on clearance. The price are high for me, but if you’re paying the price why not get great service right!
