I Love this store! Suzette, the owner, is so sweet. If you contact her before you arrive, and tell her what you are looking for, she will bring it in for you., Chances are, if you want it, she has it! Oodles of trinkets for altered artists and collecters of shabby chic cottagy type stuff. I spent all day here with my mom and had a blast! She is so talented and inspirational. She makes you feel so welcome in her shop, and is very generous. Her prices are so good, it is worth the trip for me from Yorba Linda… even in my gas guzzling car… I urge you to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for some artistic energy and inspiration, GROW is the place for you. It’s AWESOME!!! I’ve been in twice and both times there’s something totally different or displayed in a different way that inspires me to do something new. Today I went in with my mom for a quick trip that turned into about an hour and we could have spent much more time there. Lots of vintage, fun, funky, artsy, collage, and re-​purposing going on there. I can’t wait until I get to go back to see what new and beautiful things await me.

Finally something different in Carlsbad. I love vintage stores and the creativity it brings. Most stores in Carlsbad are all the same and have this gaudy gemstone style clothing line that is way overpriced. Just because Carlsbad is known for its money doesn’t mean the middle person can see through cheap over priced items. This store speaks out and stands out for itself. Love it and hope it inspires others to open more businesses like these.
