Glen was recommended to us by a friend and Realtor to handle some remodeling on a home we had just purchased in the Ocean Hills area of Oceanside. The job was not big, but it was important to us and Glen did an amazing job for us. Let me tell you more.
The main parts of the job were to replace kitchen appliances, install granite counter tops, remove part of a wall, add laminate flooring, and a few odds and ends. Being new to the area, we weren’t sure where to start and Glen and Jonna ushered us into just the right places for materials and appliances. The appliance supplier didn’t have the conventional oven we wanted so Glen convinced him to provide the convection oven that matched our other purchases at the same price as the conventional oven. We do love the convection oven.
As the job progressed, I made comments about certain things in the house and Glen was ready with suggestions on lighting, plumbing, and about anything we wanted. We never felt he was selling but always found him willing and able to meet our needs at a price we felt was very fair.
Glen was always willing to go out of his way to help us out. We had an extra refrigerator that needed to go to a relative and Glen helped make moving arrangements that were efficient and very cost effective. He never just said he wasn’t interested in doing something.
I would be very comfortable referring Glen to any friend or relative for top quality construction with great attention to the personal side of doing business. In fact, I’m thinking of a couple other projects for him already.

We have had Glen do several projects for us including a full kitchen remodel (down to bare walls), installing recessed lighting and hardwood floors, and removing and replacing our brick fireplace with a stainless surround. Glen is not just a contactor he is a full fledged designer, he worked with us on the kitchen design and his ideas from the placement of the appliances, optimum arrangement of the cabinets, to the backsplash design gave us a kitchen that always makes us smile.
We have always been impressed with his reasonable costs, the equality of his work, and his adherence to estimated schedule.
