We used Ductz to clean out the duct work in a house we purchased that previously had a rodent problem. There was a bad odor coming through the vents when we ran the newly installed heating system.
They came out and cleaned the vents but there was still a bad smell. They came out 2 additional times to deodorize the vents, but that did nothing. We still have to keep 2 of the vents covered to keep out the smell.
One of the service technicians was very rude on the first visit to our home, but the other 2 people we encountered from the company were friendly.
I would not recommend this company for the work they did since we still have the problem we started with.
