Customer service is top notch at Draper’s & Damon’s at the Forum in Carlsbad. I was warmly greeted by TWO associates. During this shopping trip, I had visited 8 other clothing stores and only greeted twice.
I had a very specific requirement, black slacks. The second associate pointed me to several options and escorted me to the dressing room.
One the options fit perfectly. I will definitely make Draper’s & Damon’s my go-​to for clothing in the future!

I have to agree with dh. I have gone here 4 times over the last few months. My first visit was awesome. The sales lady was most helpful. The other three times were horrific. The sales ladies treated me as if I was not good enough and they could not be bothered. The clothing is a bit over priced, but my mom loves the style or I would not bother to come here. I will be looking for a better place to go.

Took my mom to this store while she was visiting me. Have to say the saleswomen are the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. Unfriendly! They both just stayed behind the counter not greeting anyone in the store. Had refreshments sitting out but no one offered anything. They are in between Coldwater Creek and Talbots the sales staff at these other stores are always so welcoming. We walked out without buying anything even though my mother found several things she liked.
