Coastal Colors Painting

Coastal Colors painted the exterior of my house and did a superb job. I was so pleased with the work they did I had them come back and paint the master bedroom & bath and the living/​dining room as well. It looks so good, I am very happy with the work they did and will use them again for future jobs.

Mic and Jack did a fabulous job refinishing my wood kitchen island – it looks beautiful. They were on time, finished in three days as agreed, and the price was fair (per the written estimate). They were friendly, curious, and most importantly the craftsmanship was top quality. I certainly will have them back for more refinishing. I wholeheartedly recommend Coastal Colors.

We bought our house in March 2013. I immediately started doing work on it, doing a lot myself and hiring contractors for things above my head. I put in-​ceiling speakers in every room. I finally got the last one in and was so glad. On my way out of the attic, after spending probably 10 – 12 hours total in it, my foot goes through the ceiling AT THE VERY END! Typical! My neighbor referred me to Mick and he quickly came over and assessed everything, gave me a reasonable price, and did the work within a few days. You can’t tell I ever nearly fell through the ceiling. He also patched up/​painted up the holes in the wall we had to make to run the wires. Again, can never tell we had holes anywhere wall or ceiling. This was all 2013.
Now in 2015, last month I called Mick up and asked to help refinish some stucco. I tore down a screened in porch and the 2×4’s, when we pulled them off, revealed that they stucco’ed around them so it looked pretty bad. Mick went ahead and did a fantastic job touching it up for us and it looks so much better than the barren wall that was there. I also have a fantastic front door/​entry way. I asked Mick if he could paint the garage door in that killer wood finish style to match it as close as possible and he said yes. He did up a few samples and brought them over. He really wanted to make sure to get my approval on everything before he did the work. I figured he’d just go ahead and do it, which I’d have been fine with because he’s the pro and I trust him. But the fact that he went ahead and did several mockups on little wood pallets blew me away. After seeing Mick and Jack do the work I realized just how manual a process it is and how time consuming it is to do. That gave me an even bigger appreciation for the work but also the price. I had several quotes go into the several THOUSANDS just for the garage door alone.
Mick is timely, clean, efficient and reasonable as well as a very nice and pretty cool guy. His crews are the same way. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended.
