BBQ Galore is a paradise for everything we need to cook, BBQ, smoke. Here’s the deal, if you want a BBQ or Grill you can go to Home Depot, Lowes, but I guarantee you BBQ Galore stands behind their products. Go there for tools and supplies, but I know more about Smoking and BBQ than anyone working at Home Depot or Lowes. Here, they’ll show you how to use them, talk you through the tips and tricks. If you’re a beginner they’ll really help you along the way, if you’re a novice they’ll give you tips and tricks, if you’re an expert you’ll trade stories with them, but for me BBQ is all about entertainment. Smoking or BBQing for your family and friends to enjoy. You’ll feel at home here and come away with a quality product. Their selection of grills is extensive and they can order whatever you need. Whether you’re still using propane or have switched to the better charcoal or superior lump wood they’ll have something for your size and budget. Their selection of woods ranges from hickory, oak, alder, mesquite, apple, pecan, cherry. Obviously if you’re using red oak you’re probably going through your own supplier since it’s rare here on the West Coast. Tools and utensils are amazing. You’ll walk around like how did you ever cook without these things. Meat hooks, cedar planks, flevor injectors, charcoal starters, rib racks. Here is what really you’ll like is their spices, rubs and sauces section. Not a lot of the big name stuff, but you can find that at your grocery store, but more of the regional favorites from the South. You won’t find a spice rack as substantial as Whole Foods, but if your using Sichuan Peppercorn’s(your probably also more of a chef than a Pit Master). I myself own a Traeger and prepay special order pellets from them. P. S. Roasted Sichuan Peppercorn’s are the secret to my BBQ Sauce and I use it in my dry rubs, I use many other spices and combinations of flavors, but that’s all your going to get out of me.

Went to TJ’s for the weeks shopping and noticed that BBQ Galore finally opened up. I swear Hubby had a bounce in his step when he walked in. Our son told the owner/manager that we needed the biggest display in our backyard. They carry a ton of spices and supplies. Wish they sold the Bradley smoker pucks though.
