Had issue with phone needed help. Went by location for assistance. Received no help, just rude customer service. The store was empty when I entered, could of sworn that it was closed. After a minute someone finally came out from in back. Unprofessional and rude. All and all will not go back even though it’s conveniently located where I shop.

Quite possibly the easiest phone buying experience EVER!
I stopped in to get a new phone for my mom who is currently on on my account. The store was super slow but the guys were helpful. I let them know what I wanted and that I didn’t want my mom’s current phone to be shut off. He told me that wouldn’t be a problem.
He grabbed the phone I wanted (a blue iPhone 5C) from the back and got to work with all the materials in his computer. Offered me a few if the standard upsells that I declined as I wasn’t interested in. No hard sell or push. I was probably in the store for 15 minutes max. In and out nice and simple.
Assuming all went well on the backside. I’ll be dropping it off with my mom tomorrow. I’ll update the review if there are any issues getting it set-​up.
