AT & T

Great service from Eric! Got a family plan set up and a new phone. He broke down the new fee structure really well for us.

This review is not about this particular location, but it’s about treatment I got from the A T & T California local landline services. I do need a landline for a security system to work in my home, and for some reason it will not work with a cable provider (COX Communications), so A T & T is the only option available to us in this part of the Oceanside. More then a month ago my Caller ID stopped working. Instead of displaying phone number and name of the party I was getting message — Incoming Call. Hey — it’s looks simple enough — just call 1 – 800 number on your monthly statement and Voila, well you only wish. After numerous phone calls first to general customer service (outsourced), then requesting call back from the manager, then being passed to a repair customer service desk (outsourced), again asking for a manager or supervisor to call me back I decided it’s enough, and thanks to Internet I found out the person to contact is — Mr. Randall Stephenson — current chairman and chief executive officer of the A T & T Corporation. I contacted him by his e-​mail address —
also realizing that in all probability he is not reading it personally, but somebody close to him will read it. And indeed it worked, after three (3) top level executives from A T & T office in Atlanta contacted me, the technician was sent to my home and he was able to fix it from the outside.
