My son attends here and I love it. The school is based on a family atmosphere. Coach Birch has brought my sons self confidence up and has been the best thing for him. For a child with diagnosed ADHD we where recommended martial arts by our doctor and looked around carlisle and found this place by accident he had a advertisement sign outside lowes. So went in a checked him out tried a class for free. It was a very positive environment from the start!

this place is super awesome for learning Taekwondo!!! Everyone is like family, there are good workouts and its super fun! we went bowling for all of the honor roll and students that got good grades, and it was fantastic!
