Best ice cream shop in Carlisle, hands down, and there are about 6 to choose from.
The quality of the ice cream here is very high. Full of rich flavor, no ice chips, etc. My favorite Bruster’s flavor is «double chocolate chunk» and it is loaded with chunks of chocolate in every bite.
The workers at Bruster’s are also very friendly and efficient.

This establishment was recommended by good friends as the best ice cream. I have to agree. It was honestly the smoothest that l that I’ve ever had. The staff even gave a little bowl to my puppy with a dog biscuit in it.
