AC & H Services

I called AC&H because my natural gas heater wasn’t working in the middle of January! Not okay! Scott answered my call and walked me through some trouble shooting things to see if I could get it working. I tried but gave up, I called him back and he was so nice to agree to come over the next morning to take a look. He called me to give me a heads up before he arrived (which was much appreciated because I was getting ready for work). He came in and after looking at my heater for a bit he told me that it needed a new pilot light. However he was able to rig the pilot so the heater would stay lit. Scott was incredibly nice and professional and accommodating. He said if it the heater continued to give me problems he would order the new part for me no problem. I will definitely be calling AC&H again if the heater gives me trouble!

I called AC&H services to service an HVAC in my Elizabethtown home. My husband and I are away right now, three time zones from home. Scott from AC&H was prompt, honest, very quick in making the repair, and was willing to take payment via paypal, since I was unable to be there in person. I thought his price was very fair, especially since he was willing to come out right away on very little notice.
