The salesmen are like vultures when you walk into this place. too pushy on trying to sell you things out of your range. their warranties are complete BS… They’ll keep giving you the turnaround when you need to use it, like when my armchair stopped reclining. they kept using the «parts are on order routine» .complete BS… Beware

Last month I bought a couch from Raymour and Flanigan. Scarlet microfiber. It is beautiful and makes my living room look elegant. Plus the sofa is made in the USA!
I want to buy the loveseat too. Maybe next month. Plus the guys who delivered the couch were great too.

Not a lot to say here since I only went in to the store to see if hey had the style chair I was looking to buy for my mom. When I told the salesman she could not walk far he immediately showed me a portable wheel chair and offered to help any way he could… Customer service personified. I will be back and add to this review.
