J & J Bagels Deli

They have the freshest bagels and very delicious wraps. They stack the bagels with lots of fresh cream cheese… I love the scallion cream cheese with tomatoes and cucumbers. You can’t go wrong coming here for breakfast or lunch. The wraps are huge and filling. Often times there’s a line (reason for the missing 1 star) but that’s a great problem for the owners. Friendly staff and very welcoming.

Very friendly staff and the prices are right. A good spot to grab a bagel and coffee. The breakfast sandwiches can be hit or miss, wish there was a bit more consistency in this regard. Can get busy in the mornings and sometimes a little bit of a wait.

How nice! Walk into a place like this and greeted nicely by actual humans! (This neighborhood can be snooty & nasty & just lowly – the traffic here is a utter nightmare).
I got a bagel breakfast sandwich (egg/​cheese/​bacon). $ 4.01. It was huge and hot and delicious! When the guy handed me the sandwich he was smiling and NICE! Wow!
Go here instead of Dunkin Donuts across the street for your morning sandwich & coffee !!!

I agree with Ben L the attitude of the ownership seems to reflect that the customer needs them more then they need the customer… NOT TRUE!!!
There are plenty of deli’s n bagel places around…
Most of them realize… it takes more then a big hello when the customer walks in to succeed at appreciating your customer
I just believe that a customer should get what they ask and pay for in a timely manner… And if you make a mistake. Ok… Just politely fix it… But all the attitude!!! No thanx

What a great neighborhood deli located in a strip mall. It’s pretty small, not much to look at but the food is good! I usually have a thing or two negative things to say but I have no complaints with J & J Deli. I noticed several empty refridgerators here, not sure what the reason is for that but they do have a decent drink selection. They may not have as many offerings as other deli’s but at least they are good at what they do offer.
I placed an order on EAT24 and headed over for pick up. They even called to remind me about my order but I was already on my way. I was taken care of quickly by a pleasant Korean man who smiled and handed me my order. The place was clean with a few places to sit and eat. For it’s size it’s surprising they have anywhere to sit at all so five seats near the window is better than none.
I ordered breakfast and lunch to get them both out of the way and bring them back to my office to eat. For breakfast I had the bacon egg and cheese on a roll and for lunch I had the turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese hero. With tax both came out to a total of around $ 11 so that’s not bad at all. My order was 100% correct down to my specifications for crispier bacon, and condiments on my sandwich. The hero bread and roll were really fresh. They used Boar’s Head meats. I didn’t try the bagel but I plan to on a future visit.

The egg sandwich i ordered was decent. The place looks as if they are closing due to the fact that they have barely any shelves stocked or drink selections or salads. I asked if they had any newspapers and was told no, how do you not have any newspapers and are a deli. I will not be returning.

We work at the next shopping center over and order from here almost everyday for lunch. Their customer service is excellent, the owners are very nice and welcoming and they never give us an issue when substituting certain orders. The best sandwich on the menu is definitely the jimmyT!

Not much to say since I only had a toasted buttered bagel, but…
The place is was very clean and bright and I received a nice welcome when I walked in. The toasted bagel was well toasted without being burnt and chewy. They put a very reasonable amount of butter on the bagel so it wan’t running down my arm while I was eating it. I will definitely try them for lunch one day.

Nothing special, really. Popped into J&J for a bagel and found a rather sparsely stocked set up with enough bagel flavors and cream cheeses to offer *some* choices, but not enough to overwhelm. I sat down at the 5-​person counter (that’s it, no more seating), and the faux marble was so cold I started looking for toe tags. Please: turn up the heat in winter. My egg bagel was surprisingly tasty, ditto for the scallion cream cheese. My friend’s poppy seed bagel was at least better than those at Dunkin’ Donuts. Coffee & tea selection is good — no complaints there (though it would be nice to have honey instead of processed sugar). The TV shows local news because, you know, you just can’t do without that; it’s always good to see whose cat was stuck in a tree.
Would I return? Only if too hungry to travel elsewhere. But if I have 15 minutes before my hunger sets my temper on fire, I’m revving up and looking at other options.

I’ve gotten breakfast sandwiches and omelettes here which are both fairly priced and made well. The bagels here are also excellent — oversized and doughy. The service is quick and the owners are friendly.

I ordered three breakfast items from them online. Although they’re just under two miles away from me, I was given an estimated delivery time range of an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour twenty-​five minutes.
After an hour and forty-​five minutes, I called them. After giving them my details, I was told that they would get the food to me «soon.» I could tell something wasn’t right from the tone, so I asked if they had even started the order. The answer was no. I cancelled.
I’m giving the place two stars instead of one because I have no idea (and no longer care) about the quality of their food.

Great deli in the shopping center. My bf and I were painting his family’s new home in the neighborhood, and almost all of our meals came from J&J. My four star rating is based on how J&J compares to its benchmark food shops in the neighborhood.
Sandwiches and wraps are great during breakfast and lunch for a low price.
Fresh fruit/​veg juice available.
Friendly staff.

Im always over in this shopping area for Hale & Hearty and decided to stop in and get a few bagels for the next morning. WOW, im pretty picky with my bagels and these are delicious!!! The employees are so friendly and helpful and you can tell they really care. They had hot food that looked awesome but i didn’t have enough cash to get any this time but will def be back to try their meatloaf and chicken and rice dishes.
