Highly recommended by a friend. We have dealt with Empress on two occasions. They are top notch business people. Allowed us to bring home samples on multiple occasions; answered endless questions with patience. Call backs are timely.
When we had an issue with an allergy after the carpet was installed, Dave sent his team back to our home to replace the padding… at his expense. Carpet is lovely, and on our two separate dealings with Empress we have been very impressed.
Their goal is a satisfied customer. And now, we highly recommend them as well.

We had an excellent experience at Empress. The store is family owned and operated, which makes for a truly professional, personalized, and effortless process. Duke was helpful without pressuring us in any way. He helped us get the best quality for our budget and even worked with us on the price. Prices are excellent — they have a range of products for every budget! Looking forward to doing more business with them!

Dave helped me with carpet selection and absolutely no sales pressure. Very professional. Installers showed up on time and installation was perfect. Dave even followed up and made mats with left over carpet pieces. Highly recommend.
