I feel like if you have small children then you have to know what Carter’s is or at least have once visited one. This location is my favorite. Although it is a bit hidden I feel like it’s my hidden gem. About 80% of my daughters wardrobe is Carter’s and I got it from here. They always have the cutest outfits and great prices. Coupons are endless as well as promotions and it really makes you feel like you’re getting a bang for your buck. This location is my favorite because I feel like it’s always clean. It’s well lit and the racks aren’t overcrowded to the point where you feel overwhelmed and don’t want to shop. The employees I encounter every trip is always more than helpful and nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Don’t forget your coupons. Even if you do then Google it at the register. Make sure you always browse through the clearance rack! There is always a steal over there lol. The recently started giving $ 10 to use in the store for every $ 75 spent here. It used to be $ 50 but they probably figured that was too giving lol Anyway I love this store :) if you have small kids or babies then don’t pass up on it. They also are affiliated with Oshkosh and have one adjacent to the store.

Tough one to rate, i’ve been to this carters many times for my 9 month old who’s in a variety of 12 – 18 month stuff at this point. The store itself is great, they always have a ton of stock and though it looks cluttered, generally easy enough to navigate with a stroller. I find prices to be great, there’s always some kind of 40−60% off sale going on, + 20% off of a $ 40 spend, and $ 10 rewards for every $ 50 you spend in the store. Onsies end up costing pennies(sort of). Service is sort of hit or miss, there have been occassions where i’m on line behind several people, wondering why only one register is open when i see a bunch of employees around the store. On other occassions, staff has bent over backwards to accomodate. I like the clothes for our little tot and will keep going back.

This store was a little hidden since its in the back of a main road but thank God for GPS. I had to finish my Xmas shopping and they were having a huge 50% off sale. They had a lot of selections in every size and you cant beat the sale prices. My only complain was that there were only two cashiers and I had to wait on line for about 10 mins to pay for my items.

I have been to this Carters two different times(one on the weekend and another during the week). BOTH times when I have walked in, the managers(1 woman, and a man) have been reprimanding the poor employees on BOTH occasions. What I find even more crazy, is that after they have reprimanded these employees, they then hide out in the back room/office, as 10+ people wait to be checked out. I went yesterday(4⁄15), and stood in line(with my VERYACTIVE20 month old), and waited 10 minutes to then get to the register and have another 10 minute check out because the«computers were slow.» The manager then came out, saw the long line, never once apologized, but proceeded to reprimand another employee on the floor for not hanging clothes properly, then receded to the back room again! Seems like these managers at this location are enjoying the«power trip» OVER customer service. After my half hour check out experience, it was the last straw, and I will definitely not be going to this location again!

Many selections of baby clothes. I knew I was in a babies clothing store right away. Something about the lighting they use that was very settling. Event though they gave 50% off I didn’t really think it was a sale. I find more deals in other stores like century 21 or toys’r us. There clothes was as expensive as adult clothes… well almost.
