AAA Cleantech

I have a 15″ ceiling which feature white silk curtains and blackout. I search for month for a serious company who does theater curtains or someone really serious to have my curtain cleaned. I hired CLEANTECH based on a friend reference.
In August, CLEANTECH came to pick them up my curtains and after month and month of phone calls asking when they will return my curtains, i finally got them In December TOTALLY DESTROYED. Not only DIRTY BUT RIPPED I called the sales person and he just kept silent. I tried to call the owner of the company and impossible, they have a switch board with a lady taking messages stating they will call you and no one ever calls.
I hate to write bad reviews since an accident can happen, so I offer a solution for them to pay half of the price for me to get new curtains which I think will be reasonable but again no one dare to apologies or pick up the phone. We are in winter it is cold without curtains and I have no solution that’s taking them to court.
I just think this is so unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from people who claim they are pros! I will not recommend them for anything high end they don’t know how not only to deal with it but on the top they have no sense of how to handle clients with no service if you want to be in touch with them they just ignore you.
