Gina prepared delicious and healthy meals for me for approximately 6 years. I have a very demanding and intense job. There is no time to cook and grocery shop! It was such a blessing to not have to think about «what’s for dinner,» nor did I have to resort to unhealthy fast food! I highly recommend Gina. She will tailor meals to your specific wants and needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Love love love. Gina has catered several events for me the last one being a cooking class with several of my friends. Food is amazing and creative. Crab Cakes are my favorite but everything is good. The class was a smaller group then my wedding which she cooked for also that had closer to 200 people at it… peppermint smores are the best and she did full meal for everyone no problem. No worries on my end she takes care of everything which is worth every dime and she is reasonably priced and professional. Everything goes on in the background so you sit back and relax.

Chef Gina is great! I attended an Appetizers Cooking Class that she held for a small group at a friends house. I consider myself to be pretty able in the kitchen, but Gina showed us some great tips and tricks I never knew and have continued to use ever since! The afternoon was fun and hands-​on and the food we created was divine — both delicious and beautiful! Gina good instruction and we left with full tummies, plenty of leftovers, and all the recipes! I was able to recreate several of the dishes myself the following week and everyone was impressed. I would absolutely hire Chef Gina to cater a small or large party and would love to have her teach another intimate cooking class as well. She’s fantastic!

Chef Gina prepared four meals during our family vacation. We wanted some light healthy and delicious food, to off set all the eating out of vacation time. And Chef Gina delivered, literally and figuratively. She was great, personable and professional, bringing fresh and tasty meals right to our vacation rental. The gyros where big hit as well as the green beans.
