No we agreed that I would move out and it was fine when we spoke about it over the phone and once I moved out and the other girl didn’t pay rent that’s when u took my portion of my deposit the girl that applied for my room gave you an application and u approved my move. Look at your tone in your reply you can tell you unprofessional just by your response.

I rented a studio from Trinity property management for over a year. Wesley Besemer was the property manager. From the start he was very professional, helpful, and timely in the transition to move in. I had very few issues with the studio, but anytime I requested somebody to fix something, Wesley was on top of it immediately. He was always available via email for questions or concerns. Keeping tenants happy was his top priority. I have moved a few times in the past few years, and this management company was by far the best I have dealt with. I highly recommend renting property from Trinity!

I first selected Wesley to be our property manager for our family home in Encinitas. We changed directions and decided to sell. Wes secured multiple offers in the first weekend on the market! More impressive to me is that Wes supported my decision to select the more risky offer; I wanted to choose the young family with a VA loan. With the additional restrictions and tasks needed to close a VA loan, Wes worked all hours to manage various obstacles and we closed escrow on time. Wes was very responsive, efficient and professional. In addition to finding new tenants, I needed someone to manage my property and take care of all the logistics.
All my requirements were met, and best yet, Wes found new tenants expediently (in fact, he gave me the luxury of a few candidates). End result: my place was not vacant for a day.
Trinity also took care of all the maintenance and clean-​up, and the charged prices were fair.
If you don’t have the time to manage your rental property, I cannot recommend Trinity enough.
Wes just gets the job done without the typical histrionics you find when dealing in real estate.
