I have used this place for 3 + years without fault. Till now. They have lost an item of mine. I have been in twice to ask them to look. I was confronted twice by terrible customer service, no sense of apology or urgency just general lack of interest. Very very upset and have taken my business else where. They do not care.

I’ve been a customer for many years, and the service has always been excellent and dependable — no problems anywhere.

I’m a first time customer and time will tell if I return. I came to pick up my items on the day I was told and there were two other people in line ahead of me to pick up their own items. The first person was told «no, your items aren’t ready yet, come back tomorrow». The second person was told «no, your items aren’t ready yet, come back tomorrow». Not a good pattern, right? Then I was told «no, your items aren’t ready yet, come back tomorrow». All of us had tickets that said that our items would be ready TODAY. If you tell us that our stuff will be ready on a given day, make sure they’re ready. Or, call us and tell us that our items will be late and save us the trip of driving down there to be told no. You have our phone numbers!

The staff is always quick and attentive. They seem to have a lot of business and a continuous stream of linens going around the racks.
The prices are very reasonable. The turn around time is fast and it doesn’t matter if you want dry cleaning, laundry, or sewing done they are well equipped to do the job right the first time.
I would not hesitate to take my favorite garments there. The only thing I don’t like is the little bell that rings when a new customer walks in. If you are standing in the doorway waiting in line that thing will drive you banana sandwich.

I never had an issue with this place before today. I went to pick up some clothes, late a few months late granted, but they lost a designer dress and then adamantly blamed me and said I should be on time. I assume it was the owner, he was extremely mean, did not apologize, did not offer any assistance and just laughed and blamed me for being late. The convenience of it being local in Cardiff not worth the horrible customer service.

So convinient. They have always given me great service and I love walking in and being greeted with a big smile. they altered a dress for me that i wanted to wear on my wedding day and got in done for the next day! i was so impressed and it looked amazing!

It is tough to live in Cardiff-​by-​the-​Sea (temporarily) on San Elijo and wake up to surf each morning and then head to an office…
We are here for a month or so on a deep cover assignment at one of San Digeo’s dwindling Biotechs (this one actually has a chance) — and need a place to press and clean. Seaside Cleaners is just down road and next to the market. Paying a bit more than I’d like but it is close to the house… the quality is outstanding — best pressed dress shirts I’ve had in a long time.
Off to the office.

Professional and pleasant service

Been using these folks for about 3 years now. I travel extensively for business so am a frequent user of laundry and dry cleaning services. In short, these people rock. Always friendly, professional and very accommodating. Use ‘em.

This place is awful! I brought in a shirt to be hemmed along with a few other items. When I went to pick them up they charged me for everything before telling me that they didn’t know what I wanted done on the shirt –even though i was VERY specific when I dropped it off — so I left it there for a few more days to get hemmed. When I returned, they had lost the shirt entirely.

Always friendly & quick service.

This place gets five stars as they use environmentally friendly cleaning products that don’t damage the environment or their employees lungs. Great location if you live in Cardiff and very friendly service. They also do laundry and alterations. The prices are competitive but I believe you get what you pay for.
