Indigo Village

I took Susie’s Redirecting Children’s Behavior course and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll be honest and say that initially my wife had to convince me to take it, but within the first few minutes of the first class, I knew this was a great decision and was very happy I decided to do it. While it absolutely helps you understand child’s behavior, the most important thing for me was to get knowledge on how to handle situations, which greatly reduces my stress level. Instead of getting upset or angry (which can still happen occasionally), I have many more tools at my disposal to work with my children. They are also happier as a result.

The village is awesome! If you are a parent like me (two boys) then having a place to go that is focused on helping parents learn is a welcome change to the usually quick fix take drugs mentality of the parenting main stream.
Susie and her team teach an amazing course called redirecting children’s behavior. RCB is really effective. I very quickly learned the tools that helped me be both firm and kind to my boys and my relationship with them is much stronger. Susie has seen it all with 19 years of teaching experience. She answers every question you can think of without hesitation and using the principles of the course to guide you to a solution.
The Village also offers courses in self help called «global» courses. Bobbi Cecio and Sue Peck taught my course and they were great and the experience was amazing.

Indigo Village is home to many programs such as: Global Relationship Center, Redirecting Children’s Behavior, Nanny 411 and North County Naturopathic Healthcare. Basic Survival for Parents of Teens and Preteens is also a class that every parent of a teen should strongly consider taking. Other courses include Raising a Child with God and Family Yoga.
