McDonald’s

I know it’s a Unilocal sin to review fast food places, but I can’t help it. This is one of the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.
There’s nothing fast about this food. It’s like pulling teeth getting food here, even for a simple one person order. And when you get it, chances are it won’t be right. The last… Three or so? Times that my friend and I have come by, one of us had a wrong order. Which is terrible not only because it’s 1) not what I paid for but also 2) it is going to take another eternity for them to remake it and fix the problem. Most of the time it’s just not worth it.
There are a million other fast food places in Carbondale, and I would rather go to any of them (except maybe Wendy’s) than go here again.

I’m from the south suburbs of Chicago and I’m thankful we don’t have a McDonald’s this bad by me. Can’t even get a simple order done right and on top of that takes forever to get it done! Horrible. And these people want $ 15/​hour. HA! They must be out of their minds.

Been waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Some on here are saying this is the slowest McDonald’s they have been to… and I agree. Hope I don’t run out of gas!

By far the slooooooooowest «fast food» on the planet. Never fails that they never have fries made and ready or anything for that matter. I have timed how long it takes to get my food on many occasions and it’s usually between 10 – 20 minuets!!! Insane!!! The only reason I put up with it is because my daughter likes to play. Worst service from a mcdonalds EVER!

I paid for a COCKROACH in my ice coffee. If anyone knows anything about bugs, where there is one there is many. Not to mention this was a baby cockroach. Disgusting! I drank a decent amount of my coffee and saw it crawling around the inside of my cup! It was still ALIVE. I am calling the health department. Do Not Go Here! No exaggeration, I was on the verge of puking when I got home. You’re in the food business. Your number one, top priority is safe food.

This McDonalds is the worse Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to it’s dirty, ghetto, and the service is terrible. Corporate should come shut this franchise down and allow someone else who will do a decent job open a new McDonald’s here. Good is disgusting and old and takes on average 10+ minutes every time I go in.
