Hot, decent Italian food. It’s a a little on the pricey side for what you get, but not real expensive. The old guy working the counter is always grumpy and doesn’t like it when you have coupons or ask for extra sauce.

It’s not the best Italian food you can get in Carbondale (that would probably be one of the pizza places) but you can get a whole meal for $ 10 or less. So four stars on food plus a star for the excellent service. All the workers are always really really nice.

An Italian fast food joint. Why not? I had a slice of pizza, apple caramel cheesecake and a salad. It was aiight but nothing special. It’s one of those places where you can find something on the menu if you need to. They sell sandwiches, pasta salad and desserts. The prices are are pretty fair too. The staff was pretty nice too. They aren’t bad but I have had better so I guess 2 ½ stars

First time at a Fazoli’s. They serve Italian food fast. I don’t see it as fast food really, at least not in the same category as McDonalds.
The food in general was overly salty. Everything had too much salt. It built in my mouth and I had to stop. My body was craving a lot of water afterwards. The fried raviloi was burnt, and the pasta was overcooked. The best part of the meal was the yummy breadsticks and the chopped salad.
The only reason I didn’t give this place a two was because the service was so awesome! I never imagined this place would have such great customer service. I forgot to tell them my food was for to-​go, so I asked for box. The girl just told me that she would give me another salad so I got two for the price of one. The manager kept checking in on me to tell me the status of my food. He apologized a lot and made sure I was happy. These were all teenagers or college students too. What a nice surprise. Too bad the food sucks overall.

Best Fazolis I have been to. Menu is full of healthy choices as well as your more meatier choices. Get the lasagna.

Oh how I miss the italian fast food extraordinaire. Some of the stuff at this location was good, and some was miserable — like the lasagna. The pricing has gotten a little overboard lately, but if you need a quick fix italian style, this is your place to go.
