I have yet to have a fantastic experience here. I have given them a try 3 times with 3 different stylists and have been less then happy. Jessica was the first person to cut and color my hair and honestly it was just ok. The cut was not even and had to go back in for her to fix it and it still was not even. I also had Ethan cut my hair. I told him the sides where uneven but he swore that I was just seeing things. The last person that cut my hair was Kaylee. I asked for a pixie cut with longer sides and it seriously looked like a bowl was put on my head. I had to go someone else to get it fixed because there was NO WAY I was going back there. My mistake in all these situations was not talking to Elizabeth, the owner. Had I told her how unhappy I was with each experience, she would have fixed it herself. The customer service here is really great. I just think she needs new stylists.

I would give this place 3.75 stars. I was visiting my sister, and we went for pedicures together. The booking process was easy; the salon was beautifully kept. Kalyn and her intern took great care of us. All the perks of the spa pedicure (the scrub and massage) were great, and speaking as a New Yorker, the prices were ridiculously good. My only tiny complaint is that the paint job itself was slightly messy.

The staff knows tons about hair. Betsy is a redken certified genius. I love the atmosphere.

I’ve had my hair cut, styled, and braided by Betsy on multiple occasions and I am always impressed with not just her skills and knowledge, but her passion and desire to make your experience as wonderful as possible.
She’s recommended products that have made my squirrel’s nest of hair easier to brush, healthier, and less dry. She also recommended products for my partner to help with his dry scalp that are working like a charm.
Her massage is heavenly and I fell asleep on the table. I came in because of chronic pain and left pain-​free. Just thinking about it makes my scalp tingle.
