It’s a Best Buy. They are largely the same everywhere. Nothing about this store will shock or amaze you if you’ve ever been in any Best Buy in any city.
I generally haven’t had problems getting help when I need it, though the people are awfully compartmentalized in their knowledge. If you have any sort of question outside their little area, they know NOTHING.
Biggest complaint? This location, at the very least, has almost nothing relating to technology that came out a few years ago. It’s only the newest most modern stuff. Need a backward-​compatible adapter, memory card, old controller, etc., you’re out of luck and will not find it here.
Final point: the cables here are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Under no circumstances should you buy them here.
