I’ve known Rob Ross for several years, now. He’s in my business network. We meet once a week, and each of us talks a little bit about what we’re doing. I’m so impressed with the tools that he uses to represent his clients. It’s clear that, whether buying or selling, the client is getting his undivided attention. Rob spends a tremendous amount of time packaging the sale, in order to get the best exposure, and therefore the best price. I came and saw Rob after a poor experience working with another realtor while attempting to sell my mothers home. I found Rob to be reliable, attentive to detail, hard-​working and likable. He took the time to understand our concerns, addressed them and worked hard at preparing the home for sale, marketing the home effectively, all the while keeping my mom and I in the loop every step of the way. When the offers came in, Rob provided expert guidance in selecting a buyer and closing the deal. Rob is the type of guy that gets things done.
