Lomak Property Group

I leased a small office that was managed by Lomak Property Group. While I was a tenant, all my calls and emails were promptly returned. Additionally, the property was beautifully maintained. They had professional cleaners come every evening to clean the bathrooms. This might be a small detail, but it made the environment much nicer for myself and my clients.
I would certainly lease from Lomak Property Group again.

They hung up on me without even hearing what kind of office I wanted to run. They’re not very professional, and they spam up craigslist with all their ads. Very rude, I’ll find another property manager.

I rented an office on this property for about 5 years. Best landlords ever. The property was always clean and well maintained with tasteful landscaping. They were responsive and helpful for any maintenance questions I had and helped me acquire furniture by connecting me with a tenant who was moving out when I was moving in. The rates were reasonable and I had no hidden or surprise fees. I was always able to get mail and deliveries and all the tenants were pleasant. There was no AC in my office and on the hottest of days in the late afternoon, I’d have to have a fan but that was not very often. The building does have central heat and the temperature was typically comfortable. The building also has secure entry. The location is very convenient being near a post office, Peet’s coffee, shopping, and eateries such as Sushi Garden, Carpo’s, and Gayles. Highly recommended.
