Friendly staff… must see when in Capitola.

Located in the quaint and charming Capitola Village is a fun and fashionable boutique. A quick sandal stroll from the glistening ocean, look for the cute yellow cottage. What spawned my recent trip was a cute pair of tortoise shell sunglasses worn by my mom. I asked her where she got them and she replied, «you gave them to me!» I couldn’t place where I got em but after racking my brain I remembered they were from this great beach-​side boutique right by Capitola Beach (it had been over a year since I purchase them). My next day off I made sure to head over to Kickback to checkout all their lastest clothing, acessories and handbags and to redress my long estrangement.
At the helm of this fashionable fortress is Joseph. Joseph really does a fantastic job with his customers — everyone is given a warm reception, treated kindly and given the extra mile (whether you buy something or not). From the minute you walk in the door, you’ll feel like a valued customer and that your business is well appreciated.
I ended up buying a few ruffled sleeveless tops and a couple pairs of sunglasses for Spring hand-​picked by Joseph. He even threw in a little discount for being a long-​time customer. Thanks Joseph for being so sweet! I’ll be back in soon!

I love this little boutique! I went for the first time this week and was amazed at the very reasonable prices. KIckback has a nice blend of awesome basics mixed with unique pieces.
The owner was very one-​on-​one in a nonobtrusive way. She was sweet as can be. I went on my birthday and she gave me a free pair of earrings with my purchase. She upped the ante for boutique shopping experiences (and dropped the price!).
Can’t wait to go back once she has her spring collection in!
