Billmae Cottage Suites

The 3 of us and the pooch just got back from a week at the Billmae Cottage, and we definitely recommend it if you’re traveling with your dog.
We were in the West suite which was big and clean. In the mornings we took advantage of the large private deck to enjoy our coffee and plan the day. In the evenings Linda and Robert organized «Yappy Hour» which provided an opportunity for their guests and human companions to socialize. It was a nice experience.
The place itself is pretty well situated. They have bikes which you can borrow for the day, or if you’re like me and like to walk, you’ll find that both the beach and the Washington Street Mall are approx a 5 – 7 minute walk away.
The only thing I would have to point out on the downside is that our suite had a step up in a couple spots. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be for some.
On the whole a very nice place, and we definitly see ourselves going back if we’re going to the Jersey Shore.
