Sterling Raymond A Jr DDS

Dr. Sterling managed to fit me in on an already booked schedule today due to my extremely painful toothache. Although he was scheduled to leave early he and his staff stayed late in order to take care of me and provide the root canal necessary to ease my pain.
Dr. Sterling has been practicing for 34 years and he really knows his stuff. He & his staff were kind and compassionate during the entire procedure. I even managed to laugh a couple of times during the procedure. :)
I highly recommend going to Dr. Sterling if you need a root canal rather than just seeing your dentist for such a procedure.

Everyone should steer clear of Endodontic Associates of South Jersey, Dr. Raymond Sterling, Dr. Chang, and Dr. Wang. I just received a notice from a collection agency for $ 667, after my son’s recent procedure. Dr. Sterlings office staff told me the day of the procedure, half way threw the procedure (literally) as a matter of fact that they accept my insurance but the do not «participate» with my insurance. Due to that fact my co pay would be $ 667. That was not relayed to me ever, by my dentist at Holly Beach Dental in Wildwood NJ, when I made the appointment with Dr. Sterling, or before the procedure. If it was I assure you I would have found a healthcare provider that «participated» with my insurance.
Even though I feel that this was completely wrong I attempted to make contact with the Dr and settle this outstanding balance at 50% but that was not even acknowledged. Dr. Sterling and his staff should be brought up on charges due to there shady business practices.
Rest assured, I will be writing reviews everywhere I can find the opportunity.
