We have used this company over the past few years to clean our carpets and upholstery in the fall, following the rental season. We inspected the property following the departure of our summer rental people, refunded their deposit and called Rainbow.
We went down to see the work before paying the bill submitted by Rainbow. There were 15 – 20 rather wide melted/​burned areas in three bedrooms. When we contacted Rainbow, they tried to tell us the damage was there when they did the cleaning. We had inspected prior to their cleaning and, certainly, had they seen the damaged areas, they would have called or noted it on the bill. We would never recommend this company to anyone.
