I recently ordered a sofa table from this store. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Because of the large size, I chose to have it delivered. They charged me $ 80.00 to have it basically dumped on my front lawn. It came in a box that scratched my hardwood floors, after my husband and myself had to bring it in the house ourselves. The delivery person would not bring it in the house! This was not explained to me. The sofa table made by Stein World was of very poor quality, we even had to adust one of the doors as it would not close properly. I nicely requested to be reimbursed for the delivery charge, and they refused. I had recently bought lighting products for my home from this store, but after this experience, they will no
longer get my business.
