The coffee is always fantastic, and the service is fast, but most of the time the people who work in the drive-through window are rude. Maybe they’re just in a hurry, I don’t know. I’m used to going to a Starbucks in the town where I lived previously that had really friendly service. I’m not looking for best friends in the drive-through or anything, but it would be nice to hear a «thank you» every once in a while. Just stopped at the Starbucks for coffee on the way to work. Business as usual: the guy taking the orders in the drive-through is really professional and polite. The young woman who answers the window is extremely rude, as usual. Note to some of the people who work at the Cape Girardeau Starbucks: if you hate your job that much, please quit so they can hire somebody else.

This is as good as any Starbucks, the only reason they didn’t get a 5 is because they aren’t rude, but they’re not friendly either. I usually go through the drive through, and I see them in the window laughing and having a good time, but then they come to the window and act like they’re so annoyed with anyone interrupting their good time. There is one guy who is super friendly, I wish I knew his name(he’s a little older than the rest), but everyone else is apathetic and borderline rude.

Not sure how you can make a mocha wrong, but this place can. After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru, had to wait another 10 minutes to get correct drink inside… WOW!

It’s just a starbucks. There’s nothing special here. Granted, it is convenient from Highway 55 which is a main Highway from New Orleans to Minneapolis. So if you have to have Starbucks brand… well here it is. There are several restaurants nearby that also are chain franchises. Red Lobster is across the street, so is Olive Garden and Popeys. But, if you want good coffee, head into Cape for Dynamite Coffee or Cup and Cork. Both easily located on William street(same street as Starbucks. William street is also called Hwy 5) and just 6 minutes off the highway and into the river district at Cape Girardeau.

I really like the location of this place. Having a side road helps the congestion of the interstate and main road. Fast service. Maybe the fastest I’ve seen at Starbucks. They are on point.

Fabulous staff, friendly and fast. What more can you ask for from a chain? Otherwise, just like any Starbucks anywhere else in the U.S.

Traveling down the I55 corridor today, I was delighted to find this Starbucks almost right next door to the gas station where we stopped for fuel. I ran in to get a quick Vanilla Spice Latte for the rest of the trip. The barista’s greeted me and were friendly. My beverage was made to specification and the store was clean. I look forward to stopping here again next time I’m through ‘the Cape’. This store also has a drive thru, which is convenient since the store is almost right off of I55. And I highly recommend the Vanilla Spice Latte. It is not too sweet and the cardamon reminded me of coffee I had when traveling in the Middle East. It was a delightful treat toward the end of a long road trip,

I enjoy this Starbucks site. It is very clean whenever I have been there. I never have to wait, but a minute or two. They have fresh looking food items to choose from. The drinks always come out yummy. Employees are super friendly. They are helpful and seem to enjoy their work. There’s comfy spots to camp out at and enjoy caffeine and free wi-fi.
