They are nice until you cancel services with them. Had to call them 4 times to cancel my annual security monitoring and then they tried charging me for 2 months of prorated services. The lady got mad and was unprofessional on the phone then hung up on me. Not only have they lost my monitoring business but now they will be the last business I call to purchase equipment or service anything in my house.
