I ignorantly trying to remove tree saps with the kitchen’s sponge. As expected, I did a great job cleaning the saps. However, I end up scratched the top layer off of my beautiful blue Porsche Cayenne paint. Mr Chuck Romano and his staff did a wonderful job fixing the damages.
I am very pleased with the service I’ve received. I’ll be bringing my SRX next week for repair because someone last week while they were so exuberant in their Hollidays shopping carelessly left a ding on my door. Thank you West Coast staffs for a job well done. You’ve earned a customer for life.

I brought my 2015 Mazda 3 to West Coast Collision for an estimate on a scratch on my hood. Not only did they have it done in less than 30 minutes, but they didn’t charge me. I’ll definitely be coming back for any service I need done to my car. Not only that but their customer service is on point. Definitely some of the nicest people I’ve met in customer service. They really seem to care. There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.

Took my SUV for repair from an accident. Did excellent work … Chuck even looked into some possible Warrenty work on the roof line that was not accident related. They repaired it no charge. Work done in a very timely manner. Returned my SUV looking almost new and it’s a 2008!!! Great job!!! Highly recommend them.

I brought my Prius in a year ago to repair a rear bumper where I had backed into a post. They did a great job. A year later, I noticed where the rear panel seemed to be coming undone. I took it in and Chuck said it appeared to have been hit from behind and loosened. I immediately started adding up the dollar signs in my head, when Chuck said he’d take care of it for me for nothing. Wow! He said he could do the work in a day, I brought the car in, it was fixed, I paid nothing, and all is well!
It’s nice to know there is a body shop that does what they say they’ll do and then will go above and beyond. Thank you, Chuck. Needless to say, I highly recommend West Coast Collision.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure to do business with West Coast Collision Inc. on three occasions in the past year. Each of the three I dealt with Chuck. Chuck is very professional, efficient and polite. They did a fantastic job on the body work of my VW Jetta. I also had them repaint my Jetta’s hood and roof as the paint was fading. It looked awesome you cannot tell it was painted, looked original. My last experience was to pick up a City of Cape Coral tow. Chuck again was extremely accommodating unlike others in the area. Thank you West Coast Collision I do and will recommend you.
