Incompetence that extended over 5 weeks on 4 or 5 levels in Pharmacy. Involved a critically needed blood thinner medication.
Discussion with the Pharmacist/​Manager, Bradley, showed apathy toward my situation as a customer.
Lack of customer care pervades this store and Walgreens in general, including the «Call Center.»
I will avoid them like the plague.

Gotta love Walgreens, but the employees at this location are in need of training. Every single time I’ve been in there, there are 2, 3, 4 employees stocking shelves, or talking to each other and one cashier is checking out a line of people. If a customer asks, they call for backup. If a customer doesn’t ask, they don’t. It’s like they like to save all the people for themselves. Seriously… PLEASE call another cashier. That register across from you is NOT JUST FOR LOOKS.
