Nice gentlemen helped me find black electrical outlets with black matching electric cover plates. Self check out. Luv that!!! Clean and friendly. Didn’t have to ask for help!!! I was approached and politely assisted. Forget to get his name to. mention in my review, bummer!!! Lol

I would have to agree with the previous Unilocaler. This location is just like the Punta Gorda location. It is clean, organized, and has great service. I immediately walked in and was looking for a specific item. A gentleman walked right up to me(because I obviously looked a little lost lol). He asked me what I was looking for and even asked me what I was buying the item for. He lead me to the right department, grabbed the item for me, and told me a little bit about it. It was an awesome experience and I walked out with a smile on my face. I love the hardware stores where the employees have the knowledge to help. It is so refreshing and great. Especially when I have DIY projects and have multiple questions. Thank you to the Home Depot associates of every Home Depot I have been to in FL so far!

Horrible bathrooms. First off, they are public so everyone sees you. Second, you have to climb. Third, they never flush. And finally, they yell at you when you use them. Never again. Lol. Service was decent.

My Uncle had ordered a patio set for my Grandmother for Mother’s Day from the home Depot store online, when the table and chairs were delivered, my mother and I unboxed and started to assemble everything. As we were unwrapping the table, we had noticed that the table had a huge dent. My Grandmother immediately called the number that was on the paperwork that was shipped with the patio set. After about 2 hrs of being on hold, she finally got a hold of someone who were to contact this Home Depot store, which is the closest location and speak with the manager of the store to have the store pick up the damaged table. Well, the customer service rep wanted us to mail the table back with the included return label(the table is 75 lbs and it took 3 of us just to drag the table to the living room to assemble it!) So when we told the online service rep that it wasn’t possible, they had asked the skyline location to help us with the issue and the manager at the store flat out said no to trying to resolve our issue in anyway possible. Very disgusting behavior from a company that is suppose to have standards. So because this particular location’s manager refused to help us out, the other home depot store came and picked up the damaged table, my uncle ordered the same exact table again and guess what? That table has the same exact dent… so here we go again. I would never order patio furniture from any Home Depot ever again. The set is poorly made and they make you jump through hoops to fix an issue that they’re responsible for.

Prices are good, but not everything is here and they don’t order anything you ask the store to stock. Rep said it was«corporate so they don’t do that»…whatever. The greeter guys are a bit obnoxious and sometimes I feel like the employees in the orange vests see me coming and go another way to avoid me asking questions. I come here out of necessity.

Like the Home Depot in Punta Gorda, this Home Depot employs some great and knowledgeable associates. I am always happy to come into this store due to the fact that I can always find someone to help AND the fact that they know about the topic at hand. I have been here several times and asked associates in several departments fairly specific questions and have always received answers that have been very helpful. This is the sort of customer service that Home Depot should emulate.

One of the few Home Depots I’ve been in where it’s very easy to find someone to help you, they want to help you, and they are actually knowledgeable. The downside to this Home Depot is that they never seem to carry everything we need. Mainly sizes, but sometimes actual items. Which then requires us to go to the Home Depot on Pine Island Rd. or to Lowes Has a garden shop as well as the obligatory hot dog stand outside(soft pretzels are $ 4 each, which I think is kind of pricey for this area).
