Staying nearby. Looking for a local coffee shop close by. Saw this place in Unilocal and gave it a try. One of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a while. The croissant was good too. Nice little patio area in front to watch the world go. So what if it’s looking out at maybe the busiest street in the area. I’m sitting having coffee and they’re not. ;) Too early in the day to try their beer offerings. Maybe next time. Worth your time to check this little place out.

Ok, my wife and I have been looking for a fun place to go and hang out and have a drink. This place is perfect! The atmosphere was fun, the wine was great and the cheese board was delicious! We are certainly coming here again. Fun place to be.

This place is FABULOUS
I became tired of the chain breakfast places yearning for someplace off the beaten path. Today I discovered Perk & Brew. I ordered a quiche Garlic, Asparagus Mushroom & Aged White Cheddar and it was delectable. To take home I ordered a Coconut Pineapple Muffin and a oversized cinnamon bun oozing with cinnamon & icing. I was told the bakery items are freshly made. That is true the cinnamon bun was outrageously yummy. Soft contemporary jazz was playing and the owners made me feel right at home.
I plan to become a frequent customer.

Next to Iguana Mias on Cape Coral Pkwy… worth checking out… loved their quiche!

Wonderful place to have an intimate gathering with friends. The restaurant owners were friendly and welcoming. We had a gathering of 11 people and they did a great job of accommodating our needs. Heavy appetizers and a varied drink menu create a nice alternative to a large restaurant or bar.

This place is fantastic! Starbucks has nothing on this place. Locally owed, great atmosphere, and a wonderful and friendly staff. Also, there breakfast sandwiches are hands down the best in the Cape.

Awesome find. Love the craft beer selection. The service is next to none. Very friendly, almost like just hanging at a friends house. Really great food too at reasonable prices. Defiantly worth a try!

I literally eat here any time I can! The owner has memorized my order. I get the tuna salad with mozzarella on a croissant. It’s TO DIE for! The Italian sodas are amazing too. Sincerely love this place. If you want a light lunch or some gourmet coffee, this is the place!

Here is my 2 cents on the food. Well I stopped in on the whim and saw the big meatball and some Spanakopita on the menu. I said why not gamble. I gambled and won big time.
The big meatball was slathered with red sauce… delish. Along with a melted cheese. It was fork fall apart tender. Not too spicy not too much garlic just right. A mixture of the proper ground meats. Over all outstanding.
I had a little plate of spanakopita. They were so tasty with the phyllo dough. A very labor intensive process. But so good. I wish a bigger serving.
There is a variety of italian soda and coffee for you drinking pleasure.
The staff was great.
I will definitely be back for more.
