Meal was excellent. The manager, Mandy, was excellent. She truly knows how to make sure the customer is always happy and is amazing.

Enjoyed lunch outdoors because it was a gorgeous day. We were all by ourselves was very quiet. Brittney served us and was a pleasant young lady. My lobster wasnt quite done enough. But to me thats better than over cooked.

Went on Sunday, not busy at all, seated right away. Waiter took my drink order and my dinner order. I did not see him again until he came and asked«I don’t guess you want dessert do you? Worst Waiter ever.

Located at the corner of Pine Island Rd. and Del Prado. You enter from Pine Island Rd. and the parking lot can get very full. They don’t take reservations but they do have a call-ahead service for them to put you on a list for a set arrival time. You’ll still have a wait but your wait will be much less, if you use this service. I just don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. We’ve eaten here twice and it’s been a PERFECT experience both times. ANDWE’REVERYPICKYABOUTSTEAK. Believe that. We often have conversations wondering why steak establishments can’t manage to do steak well. We also talk about how my husband can grill a steak at home better than 90% of the restaurants that serve them(that percentage may be low). During this visit, our server was Brittney and she was fun and friendly. She joked with us and kept our thirsty table from going without beverage refills. She brought us a second loaf of yummy bread and checked in with us often. A+, 5 Star Service. Our party all ordered steak. One New York Strip, wood-fire grilled. One Filet, wood-fire grilled and one Filet cooked traditionally with their blend of spices. We were all completely happy with our steak. They were nicely seasoned and cooked just the way we requested. Additionally, salads were cold and crisp with freshly cut vegetables and each version of potatoes(regular baked, sweet potato baked and fries) were executed without a flaw. As we were celebrating a birthday early, we ordered the New York Style Cheesecake with raspberry sauce. It provided a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

Really bad. Did the call ahead seating for 1:00 arrive at ten til one and got seated at 1:45. Did not leave until 3:30. While our waitress was pleasant service was extremely slow. Blooming onion arrive greasy and cold. When entrees finally arrive i had to send two back for being cold. The others were not great. Bread on two was hard and also cold. I will not go back. Prices are high but had the food been decent i would not have minded.

Went on a Sunday night and it wasn’t too crowded! They seated us in 20 mins when the expected wait was 40 so we were impressed! The waitress and manager were SO kind and quick with bringing water and sides and bread! Portions were big, especially after the endless bread we had leash eaten, and tasted pretty good! There were also so many options that it fits even the most picky eater. Would come back, for sure to try some of the dessert options since they looked great!

I have gone here in the past and been very happy with the experience. That being said outback’s current trend of maximizing profits while cutting food cost has become ridiculous. We were a party of three I ordered the steak and shrimp and I received a piece of steak that couldn’t have been more than two or 3 ounces it was the size of a medium to small meatball, the shrimp were what you would expect from an all you can eat offer at a chain restaurant small flavorless inedible. After that experience I believe I will give outback a few years to straighten up and get their act together before I go in there again.

Usually, I can get an enjoyable meal dining in at the Pine Island Outback. Service and food are always excellent. However, in the last week, I have had two disappointing take out meals. I had extremely overcooked chicken tenders the first time. They were inedible. Last night, I stopped by to get a baked potato and steamed veggies. The steamed veggies consisted of two broccoli heads, with several inches of stem, and 4 carrot slices. The broccoli had brown spots and looked extremely unappealing. I understand it’s not an entrée, but just as much detail should be paid to sides, especially when buying them a la carte. I will continue to go to Outback for a pleasant dining experience, but I will certainly think twice about ordering take out.

Best Outback in Lee County, imo. Usually service is really good, the manager(s) of this store are the best in the business. Never a problem.

My first visit to an Outback — food was mediocre, service was mediocre. The AC was too good — it’s freezing in there.

Ok this place is going a little bit down hill. I was going to order the blooming onion but I keep seeing them com out dark and brown. We’re did the golden color go to. I guess they don’t want to change the grease or something. But ordered the ribs steak came out nice I could of been a bit warmer upon getting to me but this is not Longhorns. But to have so many watries running around the place should have some dedicated people cleaning off tables. Don’t seat me at a table and I have to move all the drink glasses to the edge and then when I ask for it to be wiped down I get that I’m bothering you ok I’ll do it. But have a nice dinner

A lot of the issues were BOH not FOH. We had an adequate server. When an issue occurred, either her or management sought fit to amend post haste. But the steak was undercooked, we didn’t get provolone on our burger, the bacon bordered on raw. I felt like it took way too long for the lunch slowness we had. Worse, the bathrooms were dusty and moldy. So yeah, quite upset.

Another restaurant chain that seems to have forgotten that customers keep their doors open. We have been to many of these stores up and down the seaboard but this one is absolutely the worst. The food came out cooked to someone else’s order so they take it back and seemingly let it age instead of cooking it t. then when we ask for the manager he comes out with an attitude that we should have settled for what was presented. We will never return here.

We have been to this outback in Cape Coral quite a few times. The last few times have been less than exciting. Yesterday we went there for Easter. My mother got a steak and I got the prime rib. I have never had prime rib that was actually tough but I guess there’s a first time for everything. My mother’s steak was so hard to cut that it really should have been sent back, but I just hate waiting and waiting when you send something back. We got there at 2:30 in the afternoon which was early and there was not a lot of people there yet. The waiter never asked if we wanted more bread even though we finished it and he rarely came back to the table at all. I think we are kind of finished with outback for a while. Time to try new places.

I would give 2 and a half. The experience was so-so. It was not the regular spectacular Outback experience. My steak was over-cooked and it is a steakhouse so I’m pretty bummed. I wanted to have a great evening with my lady but I got no help from Outback. I guess it’s all on me now. I’ll be back but at least 6 months probation. Get it together Aussies.

What a dissapointment! We have been to many Outbacks but this one tops it in a negative way. Our waitress, maria, takes the orders like she has an airplane to catch. You then would expect drinks and appetizers comes quickly, they dont. We ordered the blooming onion(was returned to the kitchen because burned) and the spinach/artichoke dip(was returned to kitchen, plate was hot food wasnt). The babyback ribs returned to the kitchen(burned) sirloin steak ordered medium/rare came in welldone. Waitress finalized the 1 star, by presenting the cheque during diner and waiting at our table to get her tip. We love the Outback but have to find another one in this area.

Well I have not been to an Outback in many moons… I was surprised & disappointed. First the great. My server Danielle & her shadow, Anna did an outstanding job. Anticipated my request and need of drink & such. BUT Anna failed my pop quiz of… WHY are there no PRICES of drinks on the menu??? And who regulates that? Anna responded that all menus are same country wide. a good save for a newbie. LOL 2nd the Bloomin Onion was bigger than I recall served hot & delish. Too much for me to eat a doggy bag item The green bean were sauté and spiced correctly the Aussie fries crisp and season well. Now my disappointment, 10 ounce rib eye. The cook did an wonderful and outstanding procedure of a classic medium rare… It was the steak it self, It was not flavorable nor did it have the proper marbling. And that why I tried it. Sorry a thumbs done on the buyer. Over all a good job. BUT I come for the main entrée which failed.

Was man wissen muss!
