This place never fails to impress, with it’s creative and unique entrées. A bit pricey, but a nice treat when your in the mood for something different.

Great food & fun! The food at Nevermind is excellent. Very carefully prepared and very delicious. Love the burgers, wings and pork shanks. They also have an excellent cocktail program. Got to try the 927 and the Mule. The drinks are strong! The staff and customers are very friendly. Always a good time!

I was only here once as everyone kept telling me how great it is. My experience was terrible. It was in the afternoon for lunch with another firend. One bartender for the entire place, inside and out. It took forever at the bar to get a drink. I ordered brussel sprouts, my friend had a burger. We waited forever, could not get a second drink. When the food finally arrived, my sprouts still had the bottom stems on them. They were high priced! My friends burger was just OK. Two men came in and sat down next to us at the bar. They waited forever to get a beer. The owner came behind the bar and said «Hello», saw that that the two men did not have a drink… walked out from behind the bar and left them sitting empty. By the time they got a beer and looked at the menu and heard me talking to my friend about my food, they decided not to order and went elsewhere. I will not go back! I keep hearing how great it is, but no what I found at all. Any owner that walks behind a bar and does not ask anyone if they need a drink and how is your food, it is not a place for me to spend my money! I owned a bar/​restaurant for over twenty years, I would never let you sit there without a drink! I hat to give a bad review, but this owner needs a WAKE UP CALL!

Great food and service! Loved the dive bar atmosphere! I had the pulled pork grilled cheese, and loved every bite of it! Hubby had a burger, which was amazing!

Incredible good, staff, ambiance, prices. This has become one of my favorite restaurants ever.

The restaurant is very small, the bar has a lot of seating. The staff is very good, they are pleasant, and they work together. The food was good. The only have a limited menu, and I thought everything was ala carte.
I would go again

First I was shocked how small and crowded the seating was.
There was a greasy haze from the kitchen. We sat at the bar. We had the black and white Burgers
And a side of some veggies that were braise Brussels sprouts drowned in oil.
There was not a single other vegetable choice on the menu.
The burger was average. The fries were so greasy. Stillwater truffle fries much better.
Our drinks were ok. Service average.
Our clothes stunk like the grease pit it is the next day. Maybe they should invest in a better kitchen exhaust system.
My advice is, never mind… really.

My favorite place in Cape Coral. I like the bar around the back, and lately they have hosted some fun concerts. Hopefully there are more to come!

What an interesting name. Thank you to my fellow Unilocal Elite Sofia D. For this fantastic recommendation. Parking is located in the back of the building in a nice spacious lot. There are several seating areas to note. Small outside patio, outside bar as well as inside bar and few tables. I was a little confused as there was no hostess so I pulled up a seat at the indoor bar. Both bartenders were very friendly and attentive. I began with a Moscow Mule that was made just right. The menu consists of approximately 10 items. They range from pork sliders to pressed burgers as well as a porter steak for 2. I like it when a restaurant doesn’t overwhelm you with choices, they do a select few menu items well and go with it. I absolutely loved the chorizo pâté and hope it’s one of those menu items that stays when they change the menu periodically. The dish was adorned with tart pickles, fresh roasted garlic and capers I’m getting hungry just thinking of it. I wanted the Brussels and greens but knew the dish would be entirely too much for me to eat in addition to the pâté so the bartender recommended I just get a smaller portion. This was not listed on the menu so I was grateful for the recommendation. I finished off my meal with a lovely agave wheat craft beer on tap and left feeling excited about returning. I will say, it is a little pricey. For example $ 12 for a Moscow Mule and $ 7 for a draft beer. With that being said, for high quality ingredients, it’s worth the extra in my book. Give this restaurant a try, you won’t regret it.

This is the first time I have been to Nevermind, and I am absolutely APPALLED by the customer service at this establishment. I was enjoying drinks with my friends last night, and witnessed a manager (tall, heavy, bearded bald guy) screaming, «Get the f*ck out of my bar, and never come back» to an older lady. I have never witnessed anything more disgusting in my life. First of off, who screams like this to a woman, and someone of her age on top of that.
I have been in the restaurant industry, as well as the customer service industry for more than five years, and I would never treat a customer like this, no matter what happened. Haven’t you heard, «the customer is always right»?? I understand there could be disagreements with service, but you should always approach your customer with respect. I have heard horror stories on the owner/​management of this bar, but I never thought it could be to this degree. I can assure you that I will NEVER return to this place if my life depended on it. There are sooo many other options to dine and enjoy drinks at without this hostile environment. I would give this place –100 stars if I could. Also, the food is sub-​par and outrageously priced. I ordered a burger and it was way under-​cooked, and they charged me $ 18.00 for it…$ 18.00 for a burger, are you kidding me? Nevermind isn’t a restaurant of this degree. I have lived in Miami, New York City, and Chicago, and Nevermind can’t even compare with any high end restaurant it wishes to be. Trust me, steer clear of this joint unless you want to be screamed at by management, pay for overpriced food, and given the worst customer service possible.

Worth the wait — friendliest staff, inventive menu and great gourmet cocktails.
This place has a hipster, biker bar ambiance without the intimidation. We waited almost an hour for our table but it was like watching a reality TV show in the making… the characters were so interesting from the tranny who popped in while attending a private party next door, the muscle man maitre ‘d who kept track of the long wait-​list of patrons patiently waiting for a table and the dwarf who pushed out orders of food and closed out checks with ballet-​like precision. The staff all seemed to be totally focused on their role and moved through the tiny dinning room and food prep area gracefully and without any collisions — so much fun to watch but hunger was starting to kick in!
We finally sat down and got to ordering food and cocktails… I had their Moscow Mule and while it was very good it was served in a regular rocks glass… I did really miss the copper mug — I probably would have ordered something else had I known that wasn’t part of the package.
For apps we tried the Volcano Spring Roll (the best), the Greens & Brussels (also to die for) but we also enjoyed the pork shanks and truffle chicken wings. For my entrée I had the Lamb Burger and it was very good. We really enjoyed everything we ordered and I was impressed with the service as much as the food.
Nevermind’s is a local gem and even though we don’t live in Florida — would absolutely recommend and visit again whenever we’re in town.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I have never
experienced such bad customer service as we did today. The bartender Felix was rude, unwelcoming, and nasty. I have never felt so discriminated before. He took all of our IDs to a corner to inspect them and even went as far as peeling the Protective Film that the driver license has. We were a group of four and all us are in our early 30’s. We are here on vacation and will never come to this place again. Felix has no business working in the customer service industry.

Man, was this place a surprise. Its a biker bar but not in the Road House sort of way. Florida has a lot of bikers visit or live there part time and they seem to come here when in Cape Coral. The food menu is limited but just get a burger and a volcano roll. And, if its the right day, the two burgers and roll for $ 24 bucks is the way to go! Service was really nice and prompt but she was out of her element with alcohol. Someone asked if they had any shanty and she said «Ill ask the bartender if they know how to make it» That said, pretty decent selection of beers and a full bar. This was my favorite meal of the trip.

Weird atmosphere good music very small inside so your squished by people. I’d go here again for the food. Probably sooner in the day too like when they open. Don’t know why everyone was raving over the truffle fries couldn’t get into that one. It was like an acquired taste usually I can do acquired stuff but those weren’t that good. Weird I guess if you were raised with it. Had some pulled pork sandwich of some kind it was delicious!!! i didn’t take pictures because it was dark inside and I wasn’t about to be the chick using flash.

MADE IT TO OUR FAVORITES LIST IN ONE VISIT
Located on Cape Coral Parkway, so it’s easy to find. Parking is another story. We were arriving just before 5:45 pm on a Friday. We cruised a couple lots behind the building without luck but did find a spot on the street a couple blocks over and considered ourselves lucky.
We ended up coming in through the back door and found that they were packed nearly to capacity. We were given the last two side-​by-​side seats at the bar. Again, we considered ourselves lucky.
They used a lot of black in the décor but somehow managed to keep it from seeming too dark. There is some metallic looking mosaic tile on one wall, the light fixtures have funky bare bulbs. The music was good but we could still talk to other people at the bar.
I ordered a White Sangria and my husband ordered a Moscow Mule. I was very happy with my drink. It had great flavor. My husband (who does NOT emote often) kept telling me how much he really liked his drink and urged me to try it. I finally did and WOW… I knew what I’d be ordering next. We both really liked the flavor and it was served in a cool copper mug. AWESOME!
After taking a look at the menu, we both opted for the Juicy Lamb Burger that comes with truffle fries. Typically, I don’t order anything described as a burger but I had a good feeling and went with it. It was juicy, as promised, and had a wonderful texture and flavor. So much so that I told my husband that I’d be willing to order another one next week. It was THAT good. The truffle fries went down easy and I rarely eat fries.
Final Assessment: Service was friendly and efficient despite a packed house. The food and drinks were exceptional and we were impressed. 5 Stars!

This place is really fun. Short but amazing menu. We had the vulcano spring rolls, lamb burger and the angus burger. Everything was amazing.
The waitress was very friendly and funny.
The ambient is easy going and trendy.
I will definitely be back for some more.

OMG Fabulous Cheeseburger with thick cut bacon, juicy, creamy; it was shear ecstasy and love! Advise a full– bodied smokey Cabernet with decadent fatty meat dishes. Liked the wine they offered. Tight space… Cool you can sit at bar (bar-​style seating in tight space Works for the place ** a bar overlooking the grill/​chefs turned out to be ‘a charm’ spot! Will recommend and have already
November 2015 visit… Again, Best Burger Ever. Also, had there ’ grilled-greens’OMG…Soooo good! So, this place is not fancy, but even my 82 year-​young mamma Loved/​was blown away… Of how excellent it was so there you have it

From the funky steam-​pipe décor to the elegant presentation of the common bare fare, this place is clearly the product of careful styling and expert execution.

We stumbled onto «Nevermind» when searching for a restaurant that was still serving past 10pm. We had no idea what to expect but given the previous rave reviews we kind of already knew we couldn’t go wrong. It looks like a strip mall from the outside but the logo and name are both very visible.
The inside is small but very quaint with a «members only» type feel although that is not how you will be treated. We took a seat in the last two chairs available that were at the kitchen window… first class view of where all the magic happens!
I had a lamb burger with gruyère, swiss, and bacon with fries and it was absolutely perfect and juicy. The bacon was thick and plentiful… so much so I had to give 3 strips to my husband. (No arguments there)
By the time we were finishing it was standing room only with guests waiting to grab the 1^st seats to come available… that right there is how you know you have a good thing going!
