Stay away from these guys. My $ 740 ipad has never been the same after they replaced my glass screen. First I had 9 mini shadow spotlights and words showing up where they shouldn’t and the glass kept lifting. The tech a block away on the corner on Cape Coral parkway said they screwed it down two tight. I brought it back and they shipped it to Miami for about 2 weeks. Now the glass is still loose and lifting and for 3 days, I lost the functionality of the screen righting itself for the direction you view. The reverse button lost its sensitivity so I have to press it several times, and at the edges of the screen a lot of sensitivity is lost. It feels like a much thicker glass than the original screen, maybe it is a third-​party product they put on. Worst problem is that it is loose all over.

Extremely satisfied! My daughter cracked her iphone 5 screen and the LCD touch screen would not work anymore. I found this place on Unilocal and after reading the good reviews, decided to give it a try. They fixed her phone in about an hour and I didn’t need an appointment just walked in and they did it. They even changed her face color to pink. Very friendly and fast. I will definitely be recommending this business to others.

**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ROB, THE PHONE DOC ON 41 NEXT TO THE DISGUSTING SEDUCTIONS LOCATION.**
I have a iphone 4s — clearly not the most current version available so one would think replacing the screen and/​or parts would be cheaper, one would think. At Rob the phone doc I brought in my currenty damaged screened phone for repair… almost an hour and a half later I was sold on a pink version of the formerly white case since they were ‘currently out of white backs’ I was sastified with my choice. $ 115.00 and I was assured the qualtiy of the case was durable awsome… NOT. less than 24 hours later I put my purse down on my desk only to retrieve a cracked front screen from top to bottom… SERIOUSLY?! Called Rob, was told to birng in. Did, and was then told face to face from Rob himself, I’ll replace it for $ 60.00. Not only was I shocked as clearly the qualty of the new case was extremely poor — he had not remorse. He literally saw me less than 16 hours before getting it repaced and could not have cared less. Then his MGR… or atleast she seemed like one as she stood up nice and tall standing next to him to YELL at me out at door telling me I was being unreasonable for not making them my choice for my second repair on the phone… NO THANK YOU!
Hence my very next phone call to Corey @ idoc… :):):):)
not only did he stay open late for me to drive from Rob’s on 41 right over the bridge to his location… he replaced it in WHITE in 30 mins…
OHHHHH darn I spent that 30 mins in the CLOTHING BOUTIQUE location inside idoc but behind a seperate wall… SUCH A GREAT FIND! from the jewerly to the clothes… right down to the handbags… GREAT FIND!
