No show; couldn’t evaluate service. Called to get an evaluation of drain pipe under a mobile home in Florida that might have needed to be re-​pitched. Reached out to the office, friendly staff, thus 2 stars. A guy on their «air» side called and said the «plumbing» side would call and get it set up. Someone did call me back, set up appointment for 10am-​12pm for free estimate. It’s 2:10 now and I haven’t seen or heard from anyone. A bit confusing, it seemed all good until now. I did have another company out from 8am-​10am was trying to comparison shop.

Awesome price and service! I got into town to find my Central Air unit was dead. GP was the second quote I got from local companies. They saved me about 1200.00 and had it installed the very next day. The installation professional went above and beyond for me and was so kind, fast and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks for being so customer driven!

This guy is awesome! We called today after hours and the owner called back within 2 minutes and would have come out but offered a solution over the phone. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely be my go to company for any future ac problems!
